5 Acres in beautiful Twin Oaks. Camp site is private and on the East side of the property with views of lush trees. Site is a paved trailer slip, with full hook ups (30 and 50 AMP). Property is fully gated; owners live on the property as well. Cal State University San Marcos is 4.5 miles, where there are restuarants, entertainment and grocery stores. Tami and Robert were helpful upon arrival. Because of height of my trailer it was a little difficult backing up around trees to get to campsite. Robert trimmed a couple branches to help me get through. We had an invasion of ants first day. So Tami I forgot to tell Robert before I left. Campsite was level and clean but was gravel not concrete as Hipcamp states. Thanks for hosting.

This is such a cool little spot. The produce and authentic roadside tacos and fresca up the street is almost worth the trip alone. Fantastic - top notch - A+ hosts. We will be back! Thanks

It is a wonderful place to stay, quiet and peaceful. Hosts were great, and the RV site was level with easy hookups. I highly recommend this stay!

Tami and Robert were wonderful hosts, they were attentive with all needs and very kind. Their property is a perfect stay with full hook ups and many farm animals to tour and less than 30 minutes from the coast! We will definitely stay here again.

Tami and Rob are great hosts and they have a beautiful property. The horses and dogs are fun to interact with, there’s plenty of fresh produce nearby and it’s close to public transit if needed

Tami was great! Communicated clearly and was very accommodating. Site is in the outskirts/ country - beautiful starry skies at night. Yes there's a rooster - nearby- we outsmarted it by playing sleep sounds on our phone while we slept - didn't even bother us - Thanks Tami for hosting!

Overall Robert and Tami were great hosts. The site was nice and level and private. However the noise from the Rooster, which Tami had disclosed, was too loud for my husband and I.

We loved and I repeat LOVED our two days at Wilson Hill. There are small farms around the Wilson’s property, such as a potted plant grower on the far side and veg & chickens on the closest side. We strolled with our Labrador running ahead and exploring as we wandered the fenced property. We got to meet the very kind Wilsons and their dogs. The campsite parking is asphalt and includes a table with umbrella, four chairs, and outdoor carpet. The site fit our Bean Trailer and Subaru Outback well. Water hose and electrics with four-prong outlet are provided. We brought a small propane fire box for the perfect cozy touch. We would like to stay here again.

Wilson Hill Retreat
We loved camping here in our Bean teardrop trailer. I know the hosts were concerned about whether we could back our trailer into the spot. It was plenty wide enough and level, so we had no trouble parking. The spot was peaceful and beautiful, and we loved being able to let our dog stay off-leash while we explored the property. We would definitely stay here again.
