Your personal campsite is a very large area with a new underground fire pit, a picnic table that seats 6. There is a personal driveway that leads up to your site off Sunway Drive. You have 1.5 acres of land to enjoy and roam and hike in the surrounding areas. You'll have great cell phone reception and 5G connections. Social media and phone calls will be easy at any time. Please be very respectful of the grounds and be very cautious with campfires and smoking. Guest access: There is only ONE way to access the site so please follow the directions exactly. GPS will take you to a route that is not vehicle accessible. You will drive through a residential neighborhood before entering the forest property. Please drive slowly and respectfully. Other things to note: Please pack your trash and take it with you. We do not provide trash cans or bins to avoid scavenging animals and the winds scattering trash. IMPORTANT NOTE: You must have a self-contained toilet system. Please pack out all your own waste. Thank you! 4-wheel drive is recommended but regular cars, up to 30 foot RVs, can access by taking it slow. Low-ground sports sedans access without issue. Please be mindful and understand your vehicle's limits. Parking is available on the campsite itself leading up the driveway. Animal friendly! We love your animal companions. Loved camping here! There was a campsite across the road from us but we couldn’t hear them. A few solar lights at the campsite were very nice to have, especially lining the walkway to grab stuff from the car! Beautiful sunset views. Heard the coyotes howling at night while looking at the stars. The campsite was well maintained and our gps lead us right to it. Easy access to Yucca Valley & Joshua Tree!

Absolutely loved this spot! Directions were perfect, and the location felt perfectly secluded — tucked beside majestic Joshua Trees yet still close to everything you’d want to reach. The site is beautifully maintained, you can really feel the attention to detail everywhere. The solar lights lining the walkway give it a magical glow at night, making it both safe and serene — a true escape for raw camping lovers. Two-wheel drive had no issues getting in by following the directions. An incredible experience all around!
