Learn more about this land: View of the Cuyama Valley and Coastal Mountains. Rising terrain in the foothills of the Los Padres National Forest with native Juniper, grassland, dry creek beds and canyons. Great for hiking, mountain biking, star gazing and bird watching! Panoramic views and privacy are key features. There is convenient access and it is a fenced/gated property. Summer breeze prevails, winter can expect low to freezing temperatures and occasional snow in winter months.  Behind the campsite to the east are some farm buildings/storage, owners home is visible to the south half a mile away, manager lives on the property. The campsite is accessible with vehicle and trailer or RV with pull through/turnaround access. RV camping is preferable due to weather and/or wildlife, please message first to determine if it is a good fit for your visit. Campsite has a concrete slab, campfire bowl, non-potable water access, no restroom. If you prefer, there is always the option of camping somewhere else on the property, as there is a total of 740 acres.View of the Cuyama Valley and Coastal Mountains.
