Convenient access to Highway 180 makes getting here easy, yet the property feels remote and quiet. Strong cell phone service is available throughout the area. The site has no utilities, providing a true off-grid experience. The property is fully fenced, with 16-foot-wide openings on opposite sides, allowing easy pull-through access for RVs or trailers of any size.The campsite includes a fully fenced 1-acre area with convenient pull-through openings. Guests are welcome to set up anywhere on the front half of the property, as long as the openings remain unobstructed. An RV dump station and fresh water fill are available at a restaurant in Valle, just 10 minutes west along Arizona State Route 180. For supplies and city shopping, Flagstaff is about 50 miles east, while Williams—a classic Western town with shops, dining, and attractions—is approximately 40 miles south.
