Near Petrified Forest National Park
Within a 60-minute drive from the Rainbow Forest Museum.
36 acres in the high desert with a view of the White Mountains and Windsor Valley. The back of the property has a drop off which gives you an open view for miles around. The property is covered with juniper and pinon pine. There is a gravel driveway into the property and several designated campsites with firepits. The sites are private and secluded. There is good cell service with all 3 major carriers. There is sometimes potable water available but in a limited amount. There is firewood available and fires are usually allowed. We are a dark sky property for stargazing and astrophotography. Plenty of places to hike and explore. 3.6 miles from the paved highway, Hwy 61. 22 miles from Show Low and 45 miles from the Petrified Forest. Many White Mountain sightseeing options in the area.

Site 1 is on the eastern end of the camping area. A loop has been created so no backing is required. You can pull in off of the driveway and back out again. Since it is a loop, you can orient your rig in any direction to get optimal shade or sun as desired. In the center of the loop is a rock fire pit and there is plentiful firewood in the area that can be collected. It is a short walk to the eastern end of the property to get a great White Mountain and Windsor Valley view. The loop has been cleared of rocks and cactus leaving just grass.

There is good cell service with all 3 major carriers and limited WiFi is also available. There is sometimes potable water available but in a limited amount. There is firewood available and plenty of rock to make fire rings. Located 3.6 miles from pavement, 22 miles from Show Low, and 45 miles from the Petrified Forest National Park. Plenty of hiking, stargazing, and outdoor activities.
