Welcome to Kokosky Homestead Camp — a quiet family-oriented mini-homestead in Queen Creek, AZ. We offer a peaceful desert setting with plenty of space, friendly hosts, and a warm, down-to-earth feel. Our property sits in a safe residential neighborhood just minutes from San Tan Mountain Regional Park, Queen Creek Marketplace, Schnepf Farms, and the Queen Creek Olive Mill. Guests enjoy watching Arizona sunsets, having fast Starlink WiFi when needed, and relaxing in a quiet environment that still feels close to everything. We also have a small egg stand at the front of the property where guests can purchase fresh eggs during their stay. 🐐 Homestead Animals (Backyard Only) Our animals live in the backyard area, separate from the camping sites, so guests don’t have to worry about them approaching their RV. You’re welcome to say hello if you’d like. Animals on the property include: Gentle goats Chickens & roosters Turkeys Guinea fowl Tiny the tortoise Daisy Boots, our energetic Australian Shepherd who loves greeting visitors 🌄 Location Highlights Quiet, safe neighborhood with large lots Minutes to hiking and desert trails Quick drive to restaurants, shopping, groceries, and fuel Easy access for large RVs and trucks Stargazing and open desert skies Kokosky Homestead Camp is a simple, friendly place where guests can unwind, meet a few animals if they want to, and enjoy a relaxing base camp while exploring Queen Creek and the surrounding area.Rooster Express is a long, wide, easy-access boondocking site located at the front of the homestead, separate from the animals and backyard area. The driveway fits rigs up to 45 feet, with plenty of room for slide-outs and maneuvering. This is a dry-camping site with no hookups, but we offer several helpful options for self-contained RVs: ✔ Site Features Spacious back-in driveway (fits RVs up to 45 ft) Starlink WiFi included On-site sewer dump available (host assisted) Potable water available on request Generator-friendly Grassy area for pets Fire pit available (bring your own wood) Quiet and peaceful at night — great for stargazing ✔ Location on Property The RV site is located at the front of the property, away from the backyard where the animals live. Guests enjoy privacy while still having the homestead charm nearby. ✔ Good to Know This is a dry-camp site (no hookups) Animals stay in the backyard — they won’t approach the RV area It gets dark at night, so bring a flashlight or lantern for walking around Roosters may be heard in the morning Hosts live onsite and can help with setup, sewer dump, or local recommendations

The driveway fits rigs up to 45 feet, with plenty of room for slide-outs and maneuvering. Rooster Express – Boondock Spot

The hosts were very friendly and not only provided us with a wine tasting, but gave us a thorough tour of their wine making process. We were invited to to hook up our RV to electricity and water, which always a plus on a warm day. Thank Dennis and Brie.

The Desert Homestead Hookup Retreat

We loved our stay at Dennis’s desert homestead! My kids loved meeting all the chickens and other animals and Dennis was awesome! We were only supposed to be in Arizona for a few nights and then we had to extend a couple more nights and Dennis was so accommodating and understanding of our situation! Would definitely recommend and will stay here the next time we’re in town. Thanks Dennis!

We had a wonderful time camping on Dennis's land! Full hookups, easy to back in, and a beautiful spot. Like a little oasis in the midst of the city but still close to everything. We will definitely be back! Thanks, Dennis!

We were greeted when we arrived and shown where we could park our 24 foot trailer. The hosts were very nice and told us where we could go for a nice walk along the drainage areas.
