If you prefer RV or tent camping, we have ample space for you to set up camp and create your own little haven. We understand that pets are part of the family, and we gladly welcome them to join you on your getaway. They'll love exploring the open fields and running freely in the fresh air. Providing, affordable, quiet, spacious, and peaceful semi-primitive campsites on our private rural family land for individuals, families, and groups. Come enjoy the outdoors for a simple overnight stop over, a weekend getaway, a vacation, or even longer stays. We are not your typical campground or conventional RV park. There's plenty of those in and around our little town. We welcome all car and van tent camping setups as well as other rigs such as RVs, Campers, Trailers, Motorhomes, tow vehicles, ATVs, and etc. TENT CAMPERS - We have plenty of room to setup your family tent base camp and parking to enjoy the outdoors on our land. Free access to our centrally located (110V household) electrical power station and nearby water faucets. Please note, depending on where you choose to setup your campsite, you may be around 100ft away from the connection to the power station, so bring your own outdoor extension cord and/or rent one of ours. We also have a variety of essentials including tents that you can purchase or rent. RV UPGRADE- Although we are not a typical RV park or resort, we can accommodate all size rigs, tow vehicles, and other toys. Make yourself at home by spreading out a rug, putting up a canopy, and displaying your best camping accessories and decor. To upgrade to this option, please select [RV SITE UPGRADE (DAILY) FEE] as an ADD-ON in the EXTRAS offerings here on Hipcamp presented at the time of booking. If your camper or RV is not self-contained, we recommend you to read below as our sites do not come with standard RV hookups. AMENITIES Dining/cooking: Limited number of picnic tables or outdoor seating and tables, fire ring and grills Water: Access to nearby water spigot for refilling or hookup (if unoccupied) Electric: Free access to standard 20 amp household outlets. 30 amp/50 amp receptacle available as a Daily Add-on in Extras at the time of booking based on number of days needed. If you want to stay longer, just request additional reservations to suit your needs. If you're here long enough, feel free to buy some containers and plant a container garden at your site. A bird feeder might invite a few feathered friends for a daily visit. Friendly pets are welcomed. We are not your typical campground or conventional RV park. Come kick back, relax, and unwind while enjoying the outdoors camping in a comfortable furnished canvas tent. We are located off a country road on 12 or so acres of quiet rural and private. We are 10 minute or so from the charming historic lake city of Eufaula for nearby site seeing, shopping and dining. The popular lake is only a short drive in either direction. Let us host a solo, couple, family, or group get together, respite, retreat, vacation, reunion, party or event. We aim to help provide a memorable experience that will take the hassle and stress out of camping that can come with collecting and storing, loading and unloading camping supplies and gear, and not to mention pitching and unpitching your tent. Our complete camping and lodging accommodations for 2-8 people includes a combination of 1 or 2 furnished tents (bell, yurt, or teepee style). [For larger groups up to 16 people, please see our listing at Lake City Group Tent Cabins.] After 2 people, there's an additional per person fee (does not apply to infants and toddlers). Tents include linens, pillows, sleeping bags, rugs or carpet, bed linens, cozy furnishings and fashionable décor, lights and fan, board and card games, and cooking setup for outdoor camp kitchen. Please note that the color of our tents may be different from what's pictured. We will set you up in one of our traditional cream colored, black or green canvas tents. We can configure your tent to meet your needs. (Tent A) has a queen bed and includes a convertible flip chair and bedding for an additional single sleeping option. Don't forget the smores making kit! (We sell many of these items and you can purchase them in advance of your check-in date. PURCHASES (Available through the EXTRAs feature) Message us if you would like to purchase additional items. Items will be delivered to your site, or may be picked up from a designated area. You may also choose to borrow items to carry back to use and cook privately back at your site. You will also have access to the campground’s shared off-grid bathhouse with a hot water shower and our hygienic bag system commode toilet. [ONSITE ACTIVITIES AND GAMES]: Camping, Cooking out, hiking and walks, Nature watching, star gazing, ATVs are welcomed! We also have outdoor games and many board and card games available in advance upon request for you to enjoy during your stay. [PET POLICY]: Please act responsible and clean up behind your pet. Please do not leave them unattended inside the tents, and never allow them on the beds, linens, or pillows. When other campers or guests are around, all pets must be on leash unless you come to an understanding amongst yourselves. We charge a flat pet fee of $15. [DISCLOSURE] This is a rustic outdoor camping experience in a primitive and rural environment in nature and may not be well-suited for everyone. Our trees are very small and immature. We have plans to upgrade our amenities and to improve our infrastructure in the near future. There is a risk of an encounter with insects (ants, mosquitoes, bees, wasps, ticks, and other), native wild animals and other wildlife, vegetation, uneven and unlevel soil and grounds, exposure to the elements, and weather related discomfort and events like power outages that may pose harm to your health and safety.
