We are located along the Marrowbone Creek on the route that John Muir traveled (route 90). Part of the beautiful Cumberland Valley. 1/8 mile west of Marrowbone State Forest & Wildlife Management Area. 1983 acres of only foot traffic. Hiking & Hunting. The Marrowbone creek itself was used as the stage coach route to travel to Burkesville. In some sections of the creek you can find the ruts from the stagecoaches. Sadly. None on our property. There is a shallow swimming hole that is greatly appreciated in the summer. Trails following the creek. Plenty of spots to set up a chair next to the creek and read a book, take photos or sit in peace. Indian Arrow heads are found here regularly. The area is a nature lovers paradise. A wide variety of birds like blue heron, kingfisher, sharp shin hawks, owls, pileated Wood peckers and more. Plenty of other wildlife you may get a glimpse of. We also run an Art, Photography, Craft and Jewelry Shop, (Wood Metal and More), that offers many unique items that are handmade. Stop in and say howdy to Chris. She loves meeting new people.

I thoroughly enjoyed this campsite, so much so we booked an extra night. The space was very well maintained and provided a beautiful piece of paradise for us. We also enjoyed the starry nights, creek, and wildlife. I highly recommend Jeff's campsite! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

Nice area to camp. The creek was very pretty. We enjoyed the view from our hammocks. A great place for families to hang out, slow down and enjoy each other’s company

The campsite was spacious, clean and private. The creek was so pretty and clear. Easy to walk and even sit a chair in, read and enjoy. I really appreciated the availability of fire wood!
