Our campground has been family-owned for over 15 years. My husband Jered and I purchased the campground from our Aunt and Uncle in 2019. We have big visions and improvements planned. It is fun to see them all coming together. We are a high desert location so not many natural trees and greens right where we are however with each season we have planted more trees and created more green space. Cozy, rustic, dry, one room mountainside cabin with outhouse, sits under the wide open Wyoming sky. (Has electricity, electric heat) View sunsets and star filled skies from the front patio. A microwave, mini fridge, propane grill allow for simple meals to be prepared. The Little Cabin offers a mountain basecamp, getaway, vacation or over night travel stop 30 miles from LARAMIE, WY, I80, WY 130, US 287 & Co 125. 2.5 miles from Woodslanding on WY 230. Depending on the time of year there are various outdoor activities nearby to enjoy. Hiking, Fishing, Snow Shoeing, Cross Country skiing. There are Mountain Lakes, Plains Lakes, the Big Laramie River, Snowy Range Down Hill Ski Area all with in a 60 mile radius. There is public access to the Big Laramie River across the highway where you can fish or walk the public access path that runs next to it. Saratoga, WY Hot Springs are about 90 miles west and makes for a beautiful drive. Snowy Range Mountain offers trails for hiking, cross country skiing and snow shoeing, Star gazing from the Little Cabin or Gazebo is amazing. There is no light pollution which allows a view of the stars some have never seen.

We are located 4 miles from Routt National Forest. You'll arrive at the ranch headquarters and we will either take you to the sheep wagon or give you directions to it. The sheep wagon is nestled in an Aspen grove (on 56 acres) with a creek just 12 feet away. From there, you are 1/4 mile away from the national forest and the wilderness. There are thousands of acres to explore, either by hiking , biking or horseback riding. You are also just minutes away from great trout fishing lakes and streams. While here ask about ranch tours and visiting with our sheep, horses, cows and chickens! There will be cattle or sheep on the property with the sheep wagon. Please note that cell phone service is very limited in the area.
