Cozy one room, rustic, cabin on Jelm Mtn,, in the Pine trees with coffee delivered. Cabin camping w/electricity, electric heat, microwave, mini fridge, propane grill, out house access to a not shared, sunroom, hot tub, full bathroom, at main house approx. 80 ft from Little Cabin. The Little Cabin offers a mountain basecamp, getaway, vacation or over night travel stop 30 miles from LARAMIE, WY, I80, WY 130, US 287, Co 125, 2.5 miles from Woodslanding/WY 230. No cell service but wi-fi available in the sunroom. Depending on the time of year there are various outdoor activities nearby to enjoy. Hiking, Fishing, Snow Shoeing, Cross Country skiing. There are Mountain Lakes, Plains Lakes, the Big Laramie River, Snowy Range Down Hill Ski Area all with in a 60 mile radius. There is public access to the Big Laramie River across the highway where you can fish or walk the public access path that runs next to it. Saratoga, WY Hot Springs are about 90 miles west and makes for a beautiful drive. Snowy Range Mountain offers trails for hiking, cross country skiing and snow shoeing, Star gazing from the Little Cabin, Gazebo or hot tub is amazing. There is no light pollution which allows a view of the stars some have never seen.

We are located 4 miles from Routt National Forest. You'll arrive at the ranch headquarters and we will either take you to the sheep wagon or give you directions to it. The sheep wagon is nestled in an Aspen grove (on 56 acres) with a creek just 12 feet away. From there, you are 1/4 mile away from the national forest and the wilderness. There are thousands of acres to explore, either by hiking , biking or horseback riding. You are also just minutes away from great trout fishing lakes and streams. While here ask about ranch tours and visiting with our sheep, horses, cows and chickens! There will be cattle or sheep on the property with the sheep wagon. Please note that cell phone service is very limited in the area.
