40 Mile Ranch/Camp in Comfort!

Once a large cattle ranch in the heart of Wyoming's mountain plains, my family now operates this place as a summer get away. 50 miles from the nearest town, it's truly in the 'middle of nowhere'. Once roamed by Native Americans, as evidenced by the numerous arrowheads found on the land, we try to do our part to respect the land, and the animals that live here as well. Learn more about this land:We have a summer place in the heart of the Laramie mountains. Come for a few days to experience the once in a lifetime solar eclipse! Directly in the viewing path, this place will be all yours--no traffic, no distractions, unrestricted viewing for this amazing experience.  We prefer to call it luxury camping as we have a double wide trailer that we have turned into a 'cabin'. Roof over your head, running water, facilities, all while exploring all rural Wyoming has to offer. Catch trout, view deer and elk, and enjoy wide open spaces!

Located in the hills overlooking Douglas WY and the Platte River Valley, this little 5 acres has lots of birds and Antelope to enjoy. Bring your pets and prepare for a good time. Use as a base camp of exploring many surrounding natural adventures. Meals available upon request. * for the rest of 2023 fire wood free upon request

Just like the old days when people were traveling the Organ Trail. This is a grassy field close to the Platte river and town of Casper Wy. There are beautiful sunsets, and views of rolling prairie and mountains.

Desert Camping on Reservoir Oasis

Learn more about this land:Desert terrain overlooking a reservoir where, with a fishing license, you can fish.  Grease wood, Sage brush, Cactus are surrounding you.  You can see Casper Mountain from any direction.Only 45 minutes from Casper Wyoming where are many activities to do! You can hike anywhere on the site.  This is a cow/calf ranch so you never know what you will see and may be visited by cattle.Look up Casper, Wyoming and see all of the adventures!

Little Ponderosa RV Camp

This property belonged to my grandparents. My grandpa and grandma ran cattle and sheep on the land and put up hay. They raised my dad and his two brothers on the place. My dad and mom built a house just West of the property, where I grew up, walking over the hill to visit Grandpa and Grandma. They sold the ranch when I was 10 years old. The place was sold 3 times before I was able to buy it back in 2021. The purchase included an RV campsite. My wife Lindsey and I thought, what a great way to meet people and share a little piece of our amazing Wyoming. There is nothing better in the world than waking up early in Rural Wyoming!

Open views of hay meadows, cattle, sheep and sagebrush. The area around the campsite is an open field with easy interstate access. There are neighbors within view and our home is approximately 1/4 mile away from the two RV camping spots. We have kids, horses, sheep, dogs, cats and rabbits. There are also antelope and deer. We do offer electrical, septic and water hookups at both locations. Both sites are immediately adjacent to one another. Just a short drive from Douglas, Wyoming and Natural Bridge State Park.
