Weekend Trip to Pearl Forge Conservancy
Yet another great time at Peter's spot! (See prior review from Sept 2023). The spot was cozy and lovely, even in the rain! The hosts are good people; highly recommend as a go-to to enjoy the Southern Unit of Kettle Moraine! See ya next year, guys!!!

Peaceful Getaway on Beautiful Green Lake 🌿
We loved our stay at this cozy cabin on Green Lake! The cabin was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The hosts thought of everything — from a welcoming coffee and snack basket to fire pits already prepped for us. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake, walking the peaceful paths, and relaxing under the stars at night. The property is absolutely beautiful and well cared for. A wonderful mix of comfort and nature — we can’t wait to come back!

Cabin and amenities were clean and as depicted. We were comfortable as a family of four at the cabin and campground. We enjoyed having the fire pit and chairs (we didn’t find matches but brought our own). The weather didn’t cooperate but the dock and kayaks were really neat and we wish we had stayed an extra day. We thought the grounds and chapel were great and we anticipate coming back again :)

Spent two nights with my wife and daughter. We loved it! Great views. Beautiful land to explore. Much better than a tent and it doesn't cost much more. We rode out the storms that flooded Milwaukee and were nice and dry. Endless firewood. Decent size fridge. The awning pictured is no longer there. Hosts were very nice but gave us our space. I highly recommend.

If you’re looking for more than just a place to crash Pearl Forge Conservancy is a total gem. The hosts are legit warm and welcoming. Short drive to alpine valley. Whether you’re into back-to-basics camping or a cozy camper near the interstate, it’s a solid pick. Will camp there again!

Love this place.
The hosts were so helpful and accommodating. Very friendly people and so quick to respond to anything we brought up.
Honestly wish no one would know about this place so it would always be available when I want to stay here. But I can’t help but leave a great review.
The pond is so pretty and the area is so well done. It feels so secluded, peaceful and remote while still close to get what you need nearby.
Cannot wait to stay here again!

Beautiful property! Short distance to Kettle Moraine Forest and Ottawa Lake Rec Center. The trailer is comfortable for 2 adults or 2 adults with a 3rd sleeping in the twin bed. Bring camp chairs if you want to sit around the fire. The hosts are lovely, gave us fresh eggs and thankfully helped us jump our car! It was interesting to learn about their conservation efforts as well.

I loved camping here! Peter was a very kind host and very understanding about us coming so late on the first evening. The site was huge and well maintained. Also very clear instructions on how to get there. Loved sleeping next to such a nice little pond and the frogs sang us to sleep every night, lol. Absolutely would return next time we’re in Milwaukee area for events!

Camped with 10 year old son, beautiful property and privacy. Lots of fireflies and stars. Pond is nice for my son catching and releasing bluegill. Plenty of firewood, very generous. Highly recommend this spot. Directions and guidelines sent in advance and clear and easy to understand.

As someone who travels often in search of peaceful, grounding spaces, this has easily become my favorite. There is something truly special about the energy of this land- calm, nurturing, and full of life.
Rebecca and Peter were warm, welcoming, and quick to respond to anything we needed. They even took us on a little adventure to explore the surrounding area, which made our experience feel even more personal and magical.
We left feeling recharged and inspired. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to unplug and immerse themselves in nature.
