I have a place to rest for a couple nights, there is a small non motorized lake across the road. Dunbar is not to far away and there you can find Thermal Chaos, it's a great bbq place, they also have great burgers and 24 hr 91 non ethanol gas. You can also try Richard's supper club for great food also. I am also right on the atv trail. Marinette country has many waterfalls to explore also. Please follow the golden rule of camping and hiking is “leave no trace.” Anything you bring in, must be carried out. Please pack your waste, trash and recyclables, and take it with you when you leave. You may use dead and downed wood as firewood, but do not cut live trees or brush. Keep fires small and make sure your campfire is out before you leave. I hope you have a great time!

Really lovely environment! The cottage is perfect for 3 of us + our dogs. A nice reprieve from tenting! Outdoor space is large with firepit, table and some chairs. Rob was attentive with communications and making sure all was good. We would stay here again!

Weekend Trip to Kiesners getaway

Beautiful spot with lots of wildlife. Nathan brought out a pail of corn & seeds for us to put out for the deer & birds. He also was so kind and provided us with extra dry firewood as the main pile was soaked from the unrelenting rain. Truly a good guy. Campsite was clean with level ground and a good fire pit and well water. The location is in close proximity to 4-foot falls, 12-foot falls, & 18-foot falls. Would definitely recommend!

I loved the privacy and peace of my site at Rob’s. The camper was clean and fresh with many thoughtful extra supplies he knew we’d need. The central Door Cty location afforded us the opportunity to enjoy many attractions. The fire pit was easy and safe to use. We enjoyed the welcoming evening lights and the well kept site was inviting.
