There is only one farm past ours so road traffic is very minimal. Plenty of room to do what you and your pets want to do while exploring our 60 acres. The sun rises up behind the view and lets you see just a little further. It is nothing short of amazing. The sunrises are always different and some are the most beautiful you have ever seen. The mornings sunrise and the stars out here on a clear night are two of the best things this mountain has to offer. It will not disappoint. We can accommodate up to a 35ft RV. The best part is no long walks, you can park at the campsites and camp on flat ground. Each campsite features chairs, a bench, a swing and a camp cooktop that is fueled by your campfire. Nothing is needed to use the cook tops other than a campfire. The local area has lots to do. Several National Parks, rivers and trails. Guests can locally enjoy fly fishing, kayaking, biking, hiking, horseback riding, bird watching, and photography, etc. View stars as only those miles away from any light can experience. The cabins are primitive, no electric or water. There are solar lights inside and and out also a propane wall heater for chilly nights. This is comfortable camping in the Beautiful Mountains of WV. There is a shower house with instant hot water and outside spigots for water, a porta potty, a fire-pit for cooking and camp fires at night while star gazing. The property is over 100 acres in Greenbrier county WV. There is a lot of history in this area. There are tons of wildlife on the property as well. We have awesome trails with GREAT Views for hiking or horse back riding should you decide to bring your own equine. Pets are allowed with prior notice (not to be left unattended in the cabins). We have a private dog park that you will have access to on the property. We also offer doggie daycare & boarding here at the farm (prior proof of vaccine is required) should you need our services. We also house horses/ponies/ goats/sheep/geese/ducks & chickens here on the farm. We are located 4 miles from downtown Lewisburg which has wonderful stores, antique shops and restaurants. This area was known by the Native Americans as "Pocatalico" (land of the fat doe), and first settled by Europeans around 1890. The property itself was first settled by a man named Mayford Jones, who set the first stones here around 1910. A Jenny Lynn style farmhouse was built and the property was known as one of the best developed farms in the area. Today, the forest has returned to what was once pasture land on the majority of the 100 acre plot, and a small but intensive sustainable forest farm has been taking shape since 2013 under the current host and occupant, who prefers the term "steward" rather than "owner".

So calming and a good place to sleep! We were just spending the night but would be a great place to spend a weekend. Sweet cats greet you, also ducks and chickens. Fridge, microwave, and coffee pot available. Enclosed bathroom with shower and toilet inside. Great little diner down the road! Just be advised there is no signal there or the surrounding area. The wifi works well for the TV but not great for cellphones.

My friends and I had a great time at Cabin 3! The hosts were quick to respond to our inquiries, and the staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin can comfortably fit more than four people and still has plenty of space to move around. Both the indoor and outdoor bathrooms were clean. It’s the best place to relax, unwind, and enjoy good company. Highly recommend!

Weekend Trip to CB Ranch Camp -Almost Heaven cabins
Beautiful land very private and quiet. Place was roomy and comfy and loved the bear theme. Could see all the stars at night. We saw deer in the morning frolicking in the fall colors. They had a nice set up prepared for a small bonfire and water jugs to extinguish before bed which was a nice touch. There was a propane heater and plenty of blankets. We took a walk to the pond and located some frogs. We never made it to the shower but the area has plenty to do. We went to a cidery, drive over an 1800# covered bridge, lost caves and bridge day. Will come back some day.

My wife and I were looking for a quiet, romantic getaway to celebrate our Anniversary and stumbled upon the Glamping Farm's Vidalia 1. It was an excellent choice. Josette and Steve were excellent hosts and had everything set up for us upon our arrival including preheating the "cowboy hot-tub". Site is as described, and pictures accurate. An extremely comfortable/luxurious camping experience. So much attention to small details by the hosts! There is an abundance of outdoor activities and sites worth seeing, plenty within a 15 minute to half hour drive. We had 4 deer visit in the pasture on the opposite side of the road and the one morning snuck in along the road while we soaked in the hot tub. You can bring your well behaved pup with too!

This place is adorable! It has everything you need as far as shower amenities, bedding and kitchenware. It’s very close to NRGP and many great hikes. The hot tub was an added bonus after a long hike. The hosts were accessible and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend.
PS the driveway is steep so it might be difficult to navigate in a small non 4 wheel drive car. Also we used ACE adventures for white water rafting
and their services were great!

We had a great stay at the treehouse. Rob, the host welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. Our bed was comfortable and the toilet/shower area was within feet. We enjoyed spending time in the hammocks beneath the treehouse and the artisian drinking water provided was most refreshing. The property is very peaceful and we enjoyed the walk through the woods to the waterfall area. The dogs and cats on staff were spot on as well. We would definitely return and highly reccommend.

Amazingly beautiful location! The waterfall and cove area was a short hike away from the main house, and is totally worth going to even when it's just a trickle. There are a lot of carpenter bees and wasps living in the treehouse, but no one got stung and we coexisted well. Just something to think about if you are afraid of flying, stinging insects. The shower in the bathhouse is great, and the camping toilet worked well enough. Rob is a great host! He was communicative and always answered our questions quickly. The farm dogs are friendly and adorable, but will rush your car to greet you which might be overwhelming to some dogs. Totally would recommend staying here overall.

Just what we needed! The cabin was well stocked and tidy, and the owners were so friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean and updated. Our group booked a tent site and a cabin. The kids swam in the pond all day! We kayaked and used paddle boards. The stream behind us was so peaceful and we even hung out and kept cool in it. The sites are well shaded so we weren’t too hot. There is a local general store within walking distance that has just about anything you forgot! We are hoping to come back next year.

Beautiful spot, very quiet and off the beaten path but still close to town. Lewisburg is great with nice bars/restaurants, and the surrounding area has awesome hiking in Greenbrier. Cabin was clean and everything was very well organized. Highly recommend!
