This small 25-acre ranch is just in the early stages of development. We are repairing fences and watering. I just added solar power and several electrical upgrades for RV's. The property has a 2000 feet of grass runway with an airplane hangar, so you could fly it if you have a STOHL airplane. The irrigation pond/pond yard area is currently available for camping. Many wineries, brewies and outdoor activities available in the area. Children can help feed or water the pigs and perhaps the chickens. Be aware though when piglets are around at times they are very small and are amazing escaped artists so do not keep food out unless you want to try and pet one they are friendly. We are more than happy to help suggest wineries and brewies in the area or enjoy the bar area we have! We offer several campsites as well as an in-ground greenhouse as listings. Guests love staying with us: "The pond at Willow Barn Ranch was picturesque. Show us around the property. It's very quiet and peaceful, and you can tell you take good care of your land. Wide open spaces." Please be aware that we do not allow parking on grass without explicit permission which is always handled on site. Vehicles will most likely not be permitted on the grass itself with rare exceptions.

Grassy area with trees on the bank of the Yakima River. Quiet and peaceful. Fully functional air conditioned restrooms. Private outdoor shower. Complimentary coffee and hot chocolate station on site. Small campfires are allowed all year in designated spots. There are mosquitos so be prepared for that! During the summer months, the Yakima River is perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, canoeing, float tubes, or just swimming. Absolutely stunning campsite I would recommend to any one any time of year. We spent two nights here and are planning to come back later next year. Extremely friendly camp host and beautiful views of the mountains.

Our second time here: ,one time we’re by the lovely big pond., complete with waterfowl; and this time we've enjoyed a remote spot in the grassy field. A beautiful rural location. Quiet and peaceful. And they’ve added a new toilet n washing station. Piglets were adoring!

We loved our tent camping experience here — the photos don’t do it justice! The site felt very private, and the trees around our campsite provided great shade while we were sleeping, cooking, and even sheltering from some light rain. The campsite is well equipped with everything you could need: bathrooms, shower, picnic table and a fire pit. We especially enjoyed the abundance of birds along the river — their songs and the sounds of wildlife at night were so calming. We’re very grateful for this experience. Thank you, Roger!

Paulette was an incredible host, introducing us to kittens on the farm that my daughter adored, allowing us to pick some produce, and providing light to set-up the tent as we checked in late. This spot comes highly recommended for RV and tent campers, and especially stands out as a fun place to camp with young children.

Site 9 was a nice grassy site next to a small pond where we did some fishing. A few trees also provided some nice shade. Kent was very helpful with everything we needed.
