The Perch is in the back of the property which is about a third of an acre of forest.
This is a quiet and unique location, perfect if you're wine tasting in Woodinville, attending a concert at Chateau Ste. Michelle, enjoying a date night, or simply looking for a special place to relax while visiting friends or family.
There is a small refrigerator, microwave, a sink with a water dispenser, porto potty outside, sitting room with a screen for Netflix's, wifi, board games, queen mattress, AC and heat.

We can't wait for you to experience this tiny house in the woods. Check back weekly to see our progress photos! We call this a treehouse but it's technically supported by posts (nicer to the trees). There is a fullsize high end queen memory foam bed on the upper floor. Yes, this is a 2 story treehouse! On the second floor there is also a children's sleeping loft which overlooks the rest of the bedroom. This loft is suitable for a small child or 2 but headroom is only a few feet. We found it also requires some youthfull agility to get up there.
A beautiful knotty alder slidding barn door leads from the bedroom to a private bathroom with pedestal sink and odorless composting toilet.
There is a small kitchen with a coffee maker, mini fridge, induction cooktop, mini crockpot, and enough dishes and glasses to enjoy a simple meal or drink. Water pressure in the kitchen and throughout is good!
There is a soaking tub on the main floor near the fireplace and TV with free Netflix. This luxury tub is sure to be a favorite amongst guests. I designed a non traditional floor plan knowing that this would be used primarily as a couples retreat. You can literally be soaking in the tub and watching TV by the fire while your significant other is preparing a meal in the kitchen all in the same space. We find the layout very romantic and unlike anything else out there.
There is also a large hot tub avalible for our guests near the main house. You are welcome to use this hot tub anytime if you don't mind it being by the main home.
Free Wifi. No cable TV but we supply Netflix on the hi-speed guest network. Guests will have free parking in our large circular driveway suitable for cars, trucks, or even RVs under 31ft.

Weekend Trip to The Perch
The Perch was a lovely little tree house. We enjoyed our time there and the hosts were very kind. It's such a great spot close to all the wineries. It was very comfortable.

It's a fun tree house which is perfect for a family of 4. Our kids loved playing board games, watching TV, etc. The host was super generous and even provided homemade cookies. The bathroom situation is quite interesting with an emergency solution inside the tree house and the primary toilet in a portapotty a few steps away from the tree house.

Group trip
I wanted to do something special to celebrate my granddaughters birthdays, I did some research and found "The Perch". When we arrived, the path to the treehouse was lit up and it was so inviting. We enjoyed our one night stay and Janet (the owner) was so sweet and kind to us, it made for an amazing time.

Weekend Trip to The Perch
We absolutely loved our last minute stay at Janet's beautiful treehouse!! The outdoor shower was such a beautiful relaxing experience. It feels like youre way out in the middle of the woods, but the town is actually less that 10 mins aways. 11 out of 10 we are absolutely going to stay there again. Thank you so much Janet! Your beautiful property and our time there is now an amazing core memory and we cant wait to bring the kids next time!
