A 35 acre family farm on the North fork of the Skagit River outside of La Conner Washington. The Glamp Ground is located on a 1 acre overlook above the farm. Includes sleeping space for up to 4 guests, fire pit (outside of burn ban season), propane grill, stove, and picnic tables. Sleeping structures - convertible gazebo/wall tent with a queen size bed/daybed/couch, and hippie dome with foam rug and 3 foam filled wool blankets to build a second bed. Additional space for 4 extra guests with tents you provide. One van/camper permitted, we do not provide space for RV’s over 25 feet. No showers. Restroom facilities are a short walk from the Glamp Ground behind our farm stand. $50 Cleaning Fee – includes linens, pillows, and additional blankets for our two onsite structures. As well as propane and garbage removal of the onsite rubbish container. Guests are expected to leave the site as they found it with all garbage contained in the site bin and all farm stand items returned to the farm stand. Additional non-exclusive guest access to a 3 acre pond picnic field, walking paths, livestock barn, and our farm stand. There is also a boat launch at the end of the property operated by our neighbor with a $10 fee for use. Please bring your own paddle boards, canoes, kayaks and small motor boats if you would like to use the launch, there is no rented watercraft available. There is no swimming or lingering at the boat launch. Pets – Dogs on leash are welcome. Guests should understand that we raise sheep, cattle, pigs, and fowl on the property and any pet that becomes a nuisance could result in our having to end your visit without returned fees. It is important to note that we have a ranging farm dog, Stella, with access to the full property and she often finds her way to the Glamp Ground on her rounds. Stella is a sweetheart, (unless you are a racoon), she doesn’t start fights, but if your dog is prone to aggressive behavior it is best to reach out before booking. Stella is safe with children and respectful, but she has a job to do on the farm and her access is not limited.
