There is a sweet sitting area, hammock, and campfire space just below the treehouse right on the stream, with a dramatic view of the treehouse. And a hanging bed underneath! You can cook simple meals on the propane campstove (with a griddle option) or use the small charcoal grill in the space under the treehouse. There is a mini-fridge with a separate freezer to keep your fresh produce from the farmers' market and your yummy local beer nice and cool. There's a very primitive (and limited) water system you can use for washing dishes. We also provide some basic condiments and cooking basics, like olive oil and salt and pepper. We also offer coffee, hot chocolate, and lemonade. When it's time for bed, climb up the loft ladder to "The Nest" and sink into the comfy bed. Open up the windows to hear the nighttime sounds of the stream and the forest! We prioritize our earth and take environmental considerations into every decision: we generate solar electricity; we compost and recycle; we use environmentally friendly cleaning products; we avoid disposable items as much as possible; and we used many local and recycled materials in the construction of the treehouse. The interior structure is 10'x16' with a loft and the deck is 4'x16'.
