This is still under development, so more will be added with every grain bin having it's own unique personality. This is also the best views of bear lake that you can get. This area of the property often as deer rabbits, and sometimes even moose strolling through it. No wood fires during the summer months, as it's too dry. I will provide a gas fire for an extra cost.

At the south end, you’ll find campgrounds, fast flowing creeks, and the Minnetonka Cave at St. Charles Canyon. This is a site to see, but it stays 40 degrees down there all year so be sure to pack a coat, even if you’re sweating above ground. When you’re done, stop in the charming small town of Montpelier, surrounded by rolling hills and full of retro grocers and kitschy eateries. Yum!

Beautiful steampunkesque glamping spot with a million dollar view on a uniquely and well crafted property. All was clean, including the porta potty which was cleaner than some bathrooms I've experienced. Bedding was fresh and comfortable. Felt we had the whole place to ourselves. My girls and I loved camping in the cabin at the KOA. It had plenty of room and a cute porch. It stayed nice and cool inside. We enjoyed the ice-cream social in the evening and the free pancakes in the morning. The campground bathrooms were just a short walk and very nice and clean. We had a blast and plan on coming again!

Thank you Ben! The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The view from the room is breathtaking with an entire panoramic view of the lake. We loved sitting out at night star gazing and listening to the sounds of the bugs at night. It’s a peaceful spot. Our dogs felt very comfortable we will definitely be booking in the future!

We stayed in one of the cabins which had air conditioning and was very clean! It was a “bring your own bedding” situation, so we used our sleeping bag. The KOA itself was quiet and the bathrooms were very well kept. We loved the complimentary pancake breakfast!
