Our Fire Pit is open to all guests. The wood for all designated fire areas is provided. There are BBQ Grills, Dutch Ovens, etc so you can cook out doors. The Outdoor hot water shower offers a place to cool down in summer heat... Water is always hot with our tankless water heater...
We plant and tend vegetable gardens for our guests to share in the harvest. We plant Huggle Mounds in the spring... as well as grapes and assorted fruit trees...
You are welcome to walk our Custom Labyrinth. You are free to wander the fields, gardens and orchards. When the garden is in bloom, help yourself...
Most sites have air conditions or fans, as well as heaters in season. 110 power is at each site...
We have a Grumpy Dragon Cafe outside with a help yourself breakfast bar. Picnic tables are provided at tent sites and at the Grumpy Dragon. WIFI is available at the Grumpy Dragon as well as at your camp site...

The site is nestled in very special part of the Sandy suburbs, where every property has a mini farm. As you stroll these quiet tree-lined roads, you will discover horses, alpacas, chickens, and many other friendly RVers. With towering mountain views and golden sunsets, you will feel the campground vibes you are used to.
Where we are, the pace is slow. We usually wake up to horse whinnies and fresh eggs from our chickens. Your friendly dogs and horses are welcome too. We have a paddock, terrace, firepit and some of the best mountain views in the valley. The site can accommodate up to 40ft, with additional with road parking for tow/toad vehicles. The site is mostly shaded, but also has clear skies for a Starlink.
In the summer, the site is 5 minutes to mountain trails, 5 minutes to an equestrian trail area, 10 minutes to an epic mountain biking single track area, 18 minutes to Snowbird for tram rides to the top of the Wasatch, summer concerts and Oktoberfest.
In the winter, you have 7 ski resorts to choose from, skiing on arguably the 'greatest snow on earth'. With Alta only 22 minutes away, you can ski one of three ski-only resorts in the world. Or, choose boarding at the fun-filled terrain park of Brighton. Park City is the largest resort in the USA and is only 45 minutes away.
For city amenities, Sandy has everything. Multiple RV suppliers and repair shops, tire shops, and all the equipment stores you would ever need, including an REI. We have grocery stores from Trader Joe's down the street, to a Kroger a couple of minutes away and a Wholefoods 15min away. Sandy has many great family restaurants and coffee shops and is only a short drive (or light-rail ride) into downtown Salt Lake City which is packed with world-class cuisine and entertainment.
Sandy is home to Utah's hockey team and soccer teams, a training center for the Utah Jazz and a beautiful new Theatre with Broadway shows playing regularly. For kids/parents, there is a stunning aquarium, awesome indoor play centers and huge parks, pools and splash-pads.

I loved the bed. That sounds so weird but it's like sleeping on a cloud. The host is great. Such a sweetheart. So cute. We had a great time. The treetop is the one I'd choose. The pics don't do it justice. We will be back. Aspen is so spacious. The only thing was the showers weren't up and running but it was late in the year!!

What a beautiful experience. We stayed for two nights and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The weather was perfectly crisp and fall-like, and Lynnellen made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She shared fresh vegetables from her garden and repeatedly encouraged us to make ourselves comfortable, and we truly felt like we could.
Each morning, she made us breakfast that left our bellies happy and full, and Sunday dinner was incredibly nourishing. The conversations we shared were filled with warmth and sincerity. You can tell Lynnellen is someone full of love and joy who genuinely wants to share it with others, and you can see that same spirit reflected in the people passing through her home.
If you’re looking for a place that radiates community, love, and connection, this is it. Our hearts feel very full after just two days here. Highly recommended and if we’re ever in the area again, we’ll absolutely be back.

Long time Bed and Breakfast operation. They are a loving and generous family on a beautiful property. They share with you their magestic views of nature on this well loved place. They will welcome you into their home and ask that you make yourself comfortable. This magical spot has it all; a lively garden with chickens, song birds, dazzling sun rises and glorious sun sets. Finally, there are wonderful opportunities to tour the local mountains! We definitely would like to stay there again.

The Glamping Tent itself exceeded my expectations for sure. It was very clean, extremely cute, very quiet (which is what i was looking for most), and private. Mrs. Lynn makes you feel very at home. She is kind and sincere. Shes definitely someone Id stop by and say Hi to whether I was staying there or not. Overall, a beautiful place to stay and Id absolutely stay again, and plan on it 🩷

Great location with great hosts. The grounds are taken care of and the little shop has arguably anything you would need. We had a great time here, even extended one extra day!

1 night at The Rockin Robbins Ranch
Truly one of the most wonderful homes and people we've encountered. Lynn is an exceptional host, allowing you to have as much space or community as you'd like. I felt like we were visiting a beloved Aunt! The main house is full of life and art and books, you're encouraged to politely make yourself at home. Lynn was available for anything we needed and her conversation left our souls feeling nourished. The home and property are a working creation: mound gardens being built, meals being prepared, and creative beauty happening all around! The animals are happy and healthy, as are the people, we got to meet a few helpers and Lynn's kind son. We stayed in the Boho bell tent and slept incredibly well, heated blanket and everything else you might need was thoughtfully provided. If you need anything, just ask, Lynn's only a text or phone call away or found tending to the kitchen or caring for a person/animal/plant. Thank you for everything!!

Weekend Trip to The Rockin Robbins Ranch
We had an excellent 3-and-a-half-day stay at this campsite, and it was really a 5-star experience. From the start, Lynnellen was extremely attentive, she made the effort to check in with us every night to ensure we had everything we needed, quickly answering every call and problem, and going out of her way to assist us during our stay.
The hospitality exceeded expectations. The homemade breakfasts were amazing and a thoughtful touch every morning. The assistance with laundry and other little tasks made everything much more convenient and comfortable.
You can sense how much care and attention goes into running the place. We felt warmly welcomed and cared for. We're already planning to return and would highly suggest this campsite to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-managed, and welcoming experience.

Such a unique little stop! Our tent was comfortable and clean, Lynnellen was so kind and accommodating, and the outdoor shower was a delightful bonus. We were on a road trip so we weren't set up the best for not being able to park right at the campsite, but the walk is very short and it wasn't a huge deal. The sites are close to one another, however, we ended up being the only ones there so it was quiet and private for us. Lynnellen has so many different offerings for you when you are there, it is sure to please every type of camper!

Lynn was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly, would stop her busy day to answer questions or ask if you need anything, and opened nearly her whole home as well as everything outside. You can tell she takes great pride in her home and area & it she seems to constantly be making improvements. We will for sure be back!
The sunsets were beautiful from the farthest point of her backyard, where a fun:unique community fire pit area is placed. The cows were friendly haha and the trees she’s planted are beautiful & not the typical UT trees. I also loved the swings that can be fun for adults as well.
Our second night there a storm was blowing in, though it never rained, the wind gusts were over 20mph and our yurt was extremely comfortable and we could hardly tell from inside the wind was so strong outside.

The location was very peaceful, the views were stunning and the hookup was self explanatory. Our host was lovely and had a whole breakfast set up where she made us a fresh cooked breakfast. She had everything we could’ve needed and ensured we were looked after. Will definitely be visiting again.
