The Rockin Robbins Ranch

Our beautiful ranch is a Family Farm started by Grandpa Dar. We continue to honor the old ways of caring for free roaming chickens, growing food without chemicals, honey bee shelters, sharing our Hearth and Home with family  and friends. Our rose gardens are delightful, and full of birds..  enjoy... 

We have been planting Hazelnut Trees, Chestnut Trees, Peach Trees, and a grove of old Oak Trees, old apple tree varieties, and of course our Mulberry trees... We have expanded our ranch to a few more acres for our cows to be able to have more room. 

Our Fire Pit is open to all guests. The wood for all designated fire areas is provided.  There are BBQ Grills, Dutch Ovens, etc so you can cook out doors. The Outdoor hot water shower offers a place to cool down in summer heat... Water is always hot with our tankless water heater... 

We plant and tend vegetable gardens for our guests to share in the harvest.  We plant  Huggle Mounds in the spring... as well as grapes and assorted fruit trees... 

You are welcome to walk our Custom Labyrinth. You are free to wander the fields, gardens and orchards. When the garden is in bloom, help yourself... 

Most sites have air conditions or fans, as well as heaters in season. 110 power is at each site... 

We have a Grumpy Dragon Cafe outside with a help yourself breakfast bar. Picnic tables are provided at tent sites and at the Grumpy Dragon. WIFI is available at the Grumpy Dragon as well as at your camp site... 

Help your self to muffins, breakfast bars, beverages and fresh fruit. A refrigerator is outside for cold water and frozen water bottles. 

Coffee, tea and Hot chocolate is always available. 

WIFI is available at the  for an outdoor Cafe... Your devices should be able to pick up a strong signal.  5 G and 2.4...( 2 different pass words are provided)

Our Farmhouse on the Ranch has been a Bed and Breakfast since 1991

You can book a guest room inside the Farmhouse...A 5th wheel trailer, our B and B. Country Traveler RV... these are stationary and do not leave the property or our outdoor camp sites.

A nice flat place to set up a tent or park an RV for a dry camp experience. Experience the peace and quiet in the mountain valley of Wallsburg. Set up camp and enjoy your night. Horses and some cows will lull you to sleep.

Learn more about this land:We are 2 minutes from the base of Little Cottonwood canyon.  World famous climbing, skiing hiking and biking.  RV clean out is 2 miles away. Grocery and restaurants and 1 mile away.   We are tucked off Little Cottonwood Rd

Off Center

Located in beautiful Midway just blocks to center of town where you’ll find shopping, dining, Farmers Market with Yoga in the park on Saturdays, E-bike rentals, ATV rentals and so much more. Just a few miles to Deer Creek Reservoir where you can enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing or even rent a boat for the day.  Park City is just 20 mins and SLC is only 35 min. 10 mins to world class skiing at Deer Valley.
If you’re wanting some extra relaxation and self care;  Holistic massage and facials are also available right onsite. Check out elevatedesthetics.net for all services provided. 💕

Camping with tents and RV’s allowed on the property. There are free range chickens on the property as well as owners having 2 friendly dogs. Come and enjoy the sounds of the crickets and beautiful dark skies at night.

Toilet and shower are available inside. 

Campers may use the bathroom inside host’s home

Echo Island

Echo Island features RV sites, NEW Glamping tents, and cabins. Resort amenities include WiFi hot spots, modern restrooms, swimming pools, and hot tubs. Also on site are volleyball, and basketball courts. From sunny days to snow days, every season is a stunner at Echo Island. On the banks of the Weber River and located so close to Echo and Rockport Reservoirs, within an hour of Salt Lake City, Ogden, and Provo. Want a sophisticated night or day out? Drive just 30 minutes to Park City. Bring the kids and swim, or head out for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, boating, and horseback riding in the Wasatch Back. We are a pet friendly campground.

Horse Farm RV Site

Water and 30AMP 40ft site. Dump Stations close by.

The site is nestled in very special part of the Sandy suburbs, where every property has a mini farm. As you stroll these quiet tree-lined roads, you will discover horses, alpacas, chickens, and many other friendly RVers. With towering mountain views and golden sunsets, you will feel the campground vibes you are used to. 

Where we are, the pace is slow. We usually wake up to horse whinnies and fresh eggs from our chickens. Your friendly dogs and horses are welcome too. We have a paddock, terrace, firepit and some of the best mountain views in the valley. The site can accommodate up to 40ft, with additional with road parking for tow/toad vehicles. The site is mostly shaded, but also has clear skies for a Starlink. 

In the summer, the site is 5 minutes to mountain trails, 5 minutes to an equestrian trail area, 10 minutes to an epic mountain biking single track area, 18 minutes to Snowbird for tram rides to the top of the Wasatch, summer concerts and Oktoberfest. 

In the winter, you have 7 ski resorts to choose from, skiing on arguably the 'greatest snow on earth'. With Alta only 22 minutes away, you can ski one of three ski-only resorts in the world. Or, choose boarding at the fun-filled terrain park of Brighton. Park City is the largest resort in the USA and is only 45 minutes away. 

For city amenities, Sandy has everything. Multiple RV suppliers and repair shops, tire shops, and all the equipment stores you would ever need, including an REI. We have grocery stores from Trader Joe's down the street, to a Kroger a couple of minutes away and a Wholefoods 15min away. Sandy has many great family restaurants and coffee shops and is only a short drive (or light-rail ride) into downtown Salt Lake City which is packed with world-class cuisine and entertainment. 

Sandy is home to Utah's hockey team and soccer teams, a training center for the Utah Jazz and a beautiful new Theatre with Broadway shows playing regularly. For kids/parents, there is a stunning aquarium, awesome indoor play centers and huge parks, pools and splash-pads.

Property has large Canopy Port on site with very close access to the Cottonwood Canyons.  Port is 45ft long, 15ft wide and 12 ft wide with access to power.  Location is perfect for summer and winter activities including skiing, biking and climbing.  Vehicle will also be held in secure location behind gate

Enchanted Urban "Tree House" for 5

Calling all travelers who want an escape from the mundane! 

Our "Enchanted Urban TREE HOUSE" is called this due to the upper loft area with skylights that look into the trees branches above! The Enchanted Whimsical theme is very "Alice In Wonderland-esc". 

Allow yourself and your group to be enchanted by the livingroom's GOLD CEILINGS and clocks wall, reminding you to unwind and take some time for self care! 

On the topic of self-care, upon ascending the GOLD SPIRAL STAIRCASE located in the newly remodeled kitchen, you will be hugged with a unique meditation station, just outside the loft bedroom. Here there are ton's of tiny golden mirrors and some meditation floor pads, for an ideal spot to sit in contemplation and seek your most present minded self.

A door-way off this room leads you into the "tree-house" feeling bedroom. The green color scheme and the skylight peering at the branches of the trees which extend over the roof in the sky, create a "tree-house like" experience. 

Back down on the ground level, you will find a second and third bedroom. The first one has a queen bed as well as a closet. The 3rd bedroom sleeps just one person with a twin bed and is at the back of the house. The window looking out back from here is the closest room to the hot tub/gazebo area in the backyard, which is professionally cleaned and maintained.  

There is a remodeled, full bath with bath tub on the ground level. This is the only bathroom in this home. 

The remodeled kitchen is well stocked/appointed. 

This backyard space has a couple outside table and chair areas, and it is the place we would as that you park during your stay, accessing it through the alley (see listing photos). The yard is fully fenced. 

The neighborhood is a mix of single family and multifamily dwellings and is close to Freeway entrances, minutes from restaurants, bars entertainment

Ranch camping with seasonal stream

Learn more about this land:Wildlife watchings, typically deer, hawks, eagles, wild turkeys, raccoons at times, songbirds. Creek is seasonal, this is surrounded by farms but this unique property has many tall cottonwood trees, a firepit, well water that is delicious and amazing views. 

Wildlife, deer often abundant, fawns, buck frequent the property for a drink of water and a place to bed down. Redtail hawks, owls, other birds often here, its their respite, so we ask for visitors to not harass wildlife, but to bring a chair and a camera or binoculars. The night sky is also amazing. 

If you have horses, bring them, many mountains where you can ride
