RESORT POLICIES -RV Site Policies Our Mission is to share, nurture and invite others to the beauty that Nature has to offer and to provide a safe place to stay. The following rules were established keeping in mind our mission and to allow for the safety of the guests. We ask that you please be mindful of others. All contingencies cannot be covered in a set of rules, future modifications may be made. Third vehicles must be approved. -Well Maintained The RV must be in a well-maintained overall condition. If the reservation is canceled prior to 24 hours from check-in time there will not be a fee, however, if it is within 24 hours there will be a $30 fee. -How many people are permitted at a site? Up to 4 adults are permitted at each site. -Are the showers free? Yes, they are free. -Do you have a laundromat? Yes, the entry is on the north side of the building in between the bathrooms. RESORT POLICIES -RV Site Policies Our Mission is to share, nurture and invite others to the beauty that Nature has to offer and to provide a safe place to stay. The following rules were established keeping in mind our mission and to allow for the safety of the guests. We ask that you please be mindful of others. All contingencies cannot be covered in a set of rules, future modifications may be made. Thank you for obeying the RV Resort rules which allow us to have a safe and enjoyable place to stay. -Vehicles in the Resort Limited to one(1) RV and one(1) vehicle *Please reach out to management if other accommodations are needed. Third vehicles must be approved. -Well Maintained The RV must be in a well-maintained overall condition. Management has the right to turn away any RV. -Site Care We strive to provide a clean and well-kept place for all our guests. We ask that you assist us with keeping the sites clean and free of debris. To do this we ask that you only have furniture and other items intended for outside use visible at your site. If storage of items is needed we ask that it be done in an orderly manner inside appealing/well-kept storage bins under your RV or vehicles. For the safety of all resort visitors, the speed limit throughout is 5 miles per hour -Consideration Quiet time to be observed daily from 10 pm-8 am If not respected, management has the right to ask you to leave. -Not Permitted •No hanging laundry •No appliances outside of your RV •No alcohol except at your designated site •Absolutely no fireworks or firearms •No repairs or maintenance may be done in the resort, except by resort approved mobile services. Inoperable or unlicensed vehicles are not permitted in the resort Parking anywhere but your designated site is not allowed -Pets Pets are welcome but must be kept on 6-foot max leashes except at Dog Park. They may not be left unattended throughout the resort. RV guests are required to immediately clean up and dispose of all pet droppings. If not disposed of immediately fines may occur. Hello, and welcome to my private horse hobby ranch. My family has lived in Southern Utah for over 26 years. This property is within only a couple miles of the Three Peaks Recreation area near Cedar City, Utah. Three Peaks offers mountain bike trails, hiking, free day use campfire sites, an RC track, ATV and OHV trails, campgrounds, and an equestrian obstacle course and trailheads. Nearby is the county shooting range as well. Cedar City is home to many more hiking, biking and equestrian trails all within a 10 - 30 min drive away. Bryce Canyon National park is only a 1 hour’s drive away. Zion’s national park is only a 1 1/2 hour’s drive away. Cedar canyon is only a 20 min drive away and boasts beautiful canyons with evergreen trees, aspens, ponds, trails, and waterfalls. Cedar Breaks National Park is only a 20-30 min drive away with spectacular rock cliffs and overlooks. Brianhead ski and mountain bike resort is also only a 30 min drive away. This is a central location with endless possibilities to go exploring the amazing outdoors. This is a private residential property in a neighborhood with lot sizes ranging from 1 to 10 acres. There is only one RV site so it’s much quieter than a public campground. The driveway area circles around the private home so it is easy to pull your RV through to the RV pad/spot. Please realize your respect to this property and neighborhood is of utmost importance. There are neighbors with cows, geese, chickens, goats, dogs and pigs so realize it’s not as quiet as some places but still more private than many public venues. We also respect you, so please look at pictures and read descriptions. I am happy to answer any questions before you book. There is only one RV site here. You could put a tent up in the dirt but I don’t recommend it as I can’t imagine it would be very comfortable. There are horses in corrals, my people and dog friendly dog is off-leash, and there are 5 barn cats who roam free on the property (2 of which are as friendly as dogs). All persons staying on the property will need to sign a liability waiver since it is a horse property and horses are present. My horses aren’t offered for riding but ask about other ways you can interact with them if you desire. At no additional cost you can help care for them, brush them, and learn a few fun facts about them. For a fee you can get guided experiences with them on the ground (not in the saddle), do breath work sessions with them, and learn basic horsemanship skills.

Rachel has a great site near Cedar City that is very level and accommodated our 43' fifth wheel without any problem. She has updated the site to have full hookups, including 50 amp electrical. While here, we enjoyed mountain bike riding at Iron Hills and Three Peaks (only 5 miles away...). We also explored Cedar City a bit. We'll be back in the future, and would absolutely stay here again. Welcome to John’s Four Corners! This site can host up to 20 RVs! It is about 320 feet by 320 feet. It is dry camping only, and makes spectacular evenings of gazing at the stars under completely natural skies! During the day, there are miles of dirt roads for riding motorcycles and ATV’s. Hunting grounds are within six miles, Fishing, boating, water skiing and swimming are had at the Newcastle Reservoir, just 8 miles away! There are biking trails near the property that you can hop right on. Lund Trail and Three Peaks are both really close. We are 15 minutes from Wal-mart, Panda, Cafe Rio and other businesses. The property has a gentle slope of about 7 feet down to the east over about 200 feet. It is rocky and sandy desert. You will want to bring water. Fremont culture and Anasazi people were the first known inhabitants of the area. Petroglyphs, pithouses, arrowheads, pottery, and manos dating from A.D. 750 to 1250 found in the area are evidence that it was on a major thoroughfare of early indigenous peoples. At nearby Parowan Gap ancient people inscribed petroglyphs on smooth-surfaced boulders that feature snakes, lizards, mouse-men, bear claws, and mountain sheep. Located near the Parowan Gap there are dinosaur tracks. East of the Gap and petroglyphs hikers can discover Hadrosaurs tracks that were originally formed in non-resistant mudstone. Later, the Old Spanish Trail passed through the area. The nearby town of Parowan was founded in 1851, twelve months after Parley P. Pratt and members of his exploring party discovered the Little Salt Lake (dry lake bed) which is straight out from the property. The area was traveled by early settlers that used the nearby Red Hills to pass through the area to hide from aggressive Indians that hid in the nearby mountains that watch for them traveling on the Spanish Trail. Many arrow heads and artifacts have been found on and near the property. Later (early 1900's) sheep herders camped in the same place as the location of the property. More about this land: Wide open land up against The Red Hills (BLM land) near the small town of Parowan Ut. Beautiful vistas. Outdoor Model Train layout, Hiking and biking trails. Lake typically has water up to 3’ deep but is known to dry up in late summer. Petroglyphs and dinosaur tracks nearby. Water on property No public bathrooms.

The stars all pop completely present with no light pollution to spoil them.  Additionally, Southern Utah has so many other trails and beautiful places all over in almost any direction. Zion National Park is only a little over an hour drive away down I-15. I highly recommend Kanarraville Falls as well, as it's at most only 30 minutes away. *** Getting to the property: It is directly off of the "main" road which consists of a well kept wide dirt road. The GPS location will guide you straight there to an intersecting road with a stop sign called 1200 E which runs south the "main" road/4800 N/AKA Antelope Springs Rd. At this intersection, there is a trail running north marked with an orange post for fiber cable. That trail and road marks the bottom left corner of the property if you're facing north. Follow the trail and find your way anywhere on the right side, there are already some campsites made up, but you are also welcome to make your own to your hearts desire. Be mindful of your vehicle, cars can drive the trail but there is always a risk of getting stuck. You can also park on the main road as you are already at the property anyway and can just walk in a little ways to set up your camp. **It's important to be aware of any fire warnings for Iron County, Utah. Do a Google search for fire threats and it should be the first thing you see. Most of the time, large bonfires will be highly discouraged. Use good judgment when building a fire of any size.  *Cedar City is a straight shot East if you need any medical attention.
