Everyone else will all treat you like a rockstar if you bring them food. The wire around the horse pen is hot. So step inside, with the horses to say hi to them. They love carrots and apples. Other things to note We do have a washer and dryer on the premises. But they are not in the guest space. If you need a load or two done, I am more than happy to oblige. We are on a septic system and anything besides toilet paper thrown down the toilet, Is bad, so please refrain from throwing in feminine hygiene products, cotton balls or paper towels down the toilet. Decorative pillows are just for decoration. I only wash them once a season, so use the other pillows for sleeping. It is helpful but in no way expected if you’d like to strip your beds at the end of your stay. I hope you have so much fun staying with us!

The staff at the campground were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The RV sites were very clean, and the shared facilities—such as the showers, BBQ grills, and hot tubs—were all well maintained, making our stay very comfortable. There was also a supermarket, a hardware store, and a gas station just a two-minute drive away, which was very convenient.

I loved this site!!! Everything was so well done and put together. There were signs right out front to indicate the campsite which was necessary since we arrived at night on both days. We were given a clear map and wifi info before we arrived to help us. It was a wonderful experience!

I was visiting In a 19’ Sprinter and my sidekick Olaf a morkie, and we had a great experience for 2 nights. Site had electric and water. Fire pit and picnic table. The bathrooms were clean and warm and included the shower. Nice community area with lots of games inside for kids. It was close to road so could hear in the day but quiet at night.

A glamping experience in our cowboy cabin. 40 ft walk from our pristine private restrooms with showers.

The drive to this place is just wonderful! Easy check in with clear instructions. Bathrooms are super clean! Cute little outdoor community space that's next to the game room. We only stayed a night but wished it was for 2. We played card games and watched a movie then passed out! The night sky was starry with a bit of clouds and the full moon lighting up the night! Loved this place!

Very nice little park. Very clean bathrooms with showers. Just a few minutes away from town. Wifi was nonexistent at our site #10 but good up by the cabin. Site has wilderness right behind it. We saw plenty of wildlife. The road noise was pretty heavy from early morning to late evening, but it was hunting season. With the windows closed up the road noise was not bad at all. The camp host Rachel was very helpful. There is a game room with lots to do. Air hockey, pool, foosball, and ping pong. We will definitely be back again.

Perfect location to explore Cedar City and just 25 minutes to Zion Kolob Canyon entrance. Super clean bathrooms and nice to have a small laundry facility. Great hikes within just 2 miles and also paved bike path into Cedar City just 2 miles down the road. Loved the size of the RV park- NOT a giant place and each site was well sized without being on top of each other. This time of year was stellar for seeing fall leaf color

I had such a wonderful, peaceful trip. The resort is car camper friendly; which I appreciate as a solo SUV camper enthusiast, the concrete pads are nice and level. The amenities are very clean and new, and the waterfall arch in the pool is a nice touch. Hot tub is VERY hot and I liked that! The fancy shower heads were an extra surprise for a weary traveler, no RV has pressure like that. I ended up staying another day because I enjoyed the atmosphere, clean amenities and friendliness of the other campers. Travis was a wonderful host and I highly encourage you to book a night here if you’re heading to Zion but want to stay away from the chaos!

What a great little place. Perfectly situated between Zion and Cedar breaks. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate locate with. Showers and bathrooms spotless. Didn’t use laundry but nice to know it was there. The game room had ping pong, pool, foosball, and hockey inside and cornhole, horseshoes outside on nice community patio. We will definitely come back. Thank you.

It was a great spot to use as out base camp. Out spot was level and somewhat secluded. The bathrooms and showers were cleaned daily. There was some road noise from Hwy 14, but it wasn't so bad that it was overbearing. Overall, we will stay there again.
