Just minutes away from the marina and Yuba Lake State Park amenities including zip line, potable water and dump with state park entrance fee. Enjoy the lake during the day and the stars at night. Property has two sites. Both have optional electrical hookup, boat slip , and firewood. Site 1 - “El Conejo Camp Spot” away from the main road featuring 4x20 step off deck, picnic table, and camp chairs, as well (2) 30amp RV hookups. This is a pull thru or pull around site. Site 2 - “Roadside Summit” with picnic table, fire ring, and 50amp electrical hookup. This is a pull through site with grade. Lake can be accessed with state park fee at the marina entrance and the north shore -OR- on the south side via five minute ride or 1.25 mi walk. Note: this is a shared private beach for the properties on this side of the lake. It is included with your booking and limited to that time. It has many amenities including: large gazebos on artificial turf, fire pits, playground, flush toilets, water, and docks. (See Add-Ons if you need a boat slip for the day or overnight). Road in is dirt with minor grade up to property. Notes: ——— * Wildlife - In late summer, cattle graze nearby. In spring, you may see sheep and baby lambs on the way to the south beach access. There are rattle snakes, bunnies, and we’ve seen a scorpion or two. *Weather - Summer days can be quite hot with cooler nights. There is no shade on the property. Wind gusts carrying dust can occur. It’s a good idea to check weather app for conditions. *Landscape/Views - Utah natural landscape changes markedly with the seasons. Some photos may reflect green grasses, when these dry out mid summer, they can produce fine stickers to be aware of with long hair pets, kids, and ankles in general. Views can change depending on developing neighboring properties. Sunsets either at the lake or the property are unobstructed and often dramatic. Night sky viewing is also pretty awesome as there is very little light pollution.

Easy access to campsite on a 15 acre farm. Campsite is close to owners home with access to lawn for tents. The beautiful sounds of birds can be heard nestlings in the trees. If you are lucky you may experience the smell of fresh cut hay and indulge in the fresh home grown fruit in the fall that owners will share with you. Always relaxing to see the gorgeous sunsets as you sit by a fire or just relax in the great outdoors. Access is easy via paved county road. A picnic table is yours to use while sitting in the shade of trees. The campsite is a single campsite but large enough for trucks with trailers or motorhomes.. The site is close to the many piute trail atv trails in the area and other off road access. Many beautiful mountain drives both paved and unpaved are nearby. This site is located an a lovely farm and as it has only one site, you have complete privacy. The host was a very friendly gentleman who welcomed me on arrival and checked again on me in the morning but otherwise left me to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Although the water was turned off for the season, I did have electricity. I would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed this spot… It was just the quiet I needed an expansive beauty. Directions and communication were excellent. It was easy to find. I had read some reviews about it being windy and I got lucky and had no wind.! It was chilly… First ice on my windshield all season! There is another house right there which at first seems a little invasive, but actually it felt safer to me to know people were around as I was traveling solo. Thank you El Conejo!

Peaceful spot, nestled in the Utah countryside on a private ranch. Just close enough to do a day trip to Capitol Reef. Water & Electric (50/30amp). Our 38’ travel trailer & Ford F250 (8’ bed) was a bit challenging in legth, but we managed to find a good way to park in the designated horseshoe spot. We would recommend this spot to anyone looking for some peace & quiet in the countryside. Wonderful hosts. Jerry & Bella made our stay memorable.

Bella and Jerry are wonderful host and very welcoming. They shared a knowledge of local and regional outdoor sites with us and also recommended a nice Mexican restaurant that was good and also reasonably priced. Their site was amply sized and has a nice view of the mountains. In all a very enjoyable stay.
