We are a co-op farm and gardening learning space practicing sustainability through native plant, farm to table, and prioritizing local products and services. Our space is evolving to use renewable power and recyclable resources, and sustain a year-round garden learning environment for our guests. NESTled in the mountains near Panguitch Utah, and is a prime location for camping with a great many places to visit nearby.  All 2W Drive. Those being Bryce Canyon 23 miles, Zion Canyon 56 miles, Panguitch Lake 18 miles, Kodachrome Basin 32 miles, Petrified Forest 40 miles, Coral Pink Sand Dunes 63 miles, and many more.

We are a burgeoning co-op farm and native plant nursery.  We are a group of 3 friends who escaped the urban life to be startup farmers.  Our 10 acre property is located in the beautiful Sevier Valley. On a clear night, our dark skies offer amazing views.  We are located near several hot springs and amazing hikes and trails.We offer four different glamping accommodations for you to choose from! Our one of a kind cozy cabin space includes electric heat/AC, lights and fantastic views of the garden. It is nestled into our family garden and includes a picnic table and fire pit. Bathroom facilities are located approximately 30 yards away in our guest common area. Our cozy canvas bell tent is located in our nursery on our boutique farm. It is a simple, unique and cozy spot, perfect for a quick overnight stay or as home base for a few days while you explore. Space is solar and battery lit. When temps dip below 40 we offer supplemental heat. This tent is not recommended for light sleepers. We have a second canvas bell tent as well and a little red cabin near our garden! Showers, toilets, and bins are available for all of our accommodations.

Learn more about this land:Camp with the stars and magnificent views of Cedar City. You will be about 3 miles from 3 Peaks Recreation and biking area. There are biking trails near the property that you can hop right on.  Lund Trail and Three Peaks are both really close. We are 15 minutes from Wal-mart, Panda, Cafe Rio and other businesses.Near Brian Head Ski Resort, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, and other great outdoor activities. The property has a gentle slope of about 7 feet down to the east over about 200 feet.   It is rocky and sandy desert.  You will want to bring water.

Learn more about this land:Mowed, flat,  trees along edge of property, The whole camp area is fenced and capable of enclosing pets. It is the back half of a one acre lot in a quiet sub division. Gateway to the parks! Shakespeare Festival and LDS Temple within 6 miles. I look forward to hosting your stopover!

Full hookups water/ sewer/ and 50 amp electric. Covered trailer/RV/ van parking available. We are 15 minutes from Walmart, Movie Theater, Bowling Alley, Restaurants, and SUU.  For outdoor recreation we are 5 minutes from Three Peaks Recreation area with hiking, climbing, biking, frisbee golf and more. We are also less than an hour from Brian Head Skiing, Cedar Breaks, and Zion National Park. The property includes a 3/4 basketball court, baseball field, horseshoe pit, and trampoline. When you arrive look for the driveway right before two mailboxes. This is your entrance point.
