We built this Tiny home and lived in it for 8 years as we built our forever home. Many wonderful memories have been made in this tiny house and it is now available as a short term rental for others to create their own memories. Unplug from technology and reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The space This Tiny House on wheels measures 8’x 24’ at 180 square feet. It is very cozy and comfortable. We do live on the property with two small dogs (friendly) and chickens (contained). A privacy fence separates the homes. The drive way is shared by guests and property owners. Amenities: Excellent AC/heat Electricity -On demand tankless water heater. -Wi-Fi Kitchen has a mid-size refrigerator, 4 burner propane gas stove with oven, large sink and individual filtered water faucet, microwave, toaster, coffee bar, and all cooking and eating utensils necessary to prepare a meal. We provide coffee, tea assortment, creamer, sugar, spices, olive and avocado oils, and Farm Fresh eggs. Bathroom has a flush toilet, 36” shower stall with body wash, shampoo & conditioner dispenser. This home is our largest at 570 square feet with 400 square feet on the main level, a 12 foot ceiling to an open loft adding an additional 170 square feet, and a feeling of openness. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, a flat screen smart TV, a small desktop work space that is convenient for working on a laptop or getting ready for the day, clothes hanging, additional storage space under the bed for luggage, and a thermostat for individual climate control. The loft area is open to the kitchen and living room and has two XL (Extra Long) twin beds. This is a great space to play games, store extra gear, or just stretch out and relax. Weekend Trip to Wildland Gardens

We had a great time staying here! The barn was super cute, warm, and cosy, and the bathrooms were great. Our only complaint is that there were five large dogs running around off leash the entire time we were there. Of course they were friendly to me and my parents, but my own dog does not always do well with other dogs. I barely let him out because I didn't want him to meet five other large dogs, especially when the owner was not in sight. I am not sure if these dogs live on site or belonged to another guest, but we would have appreciated stricter rules about dogs being kept on leash (as my dog was).

We had such a wonderful stay at The Red Barn in Garden! Carrie Ann was an amazing host — so kind, responsive, and thoughtful. The place itself was beautiful and peaceful, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Carrie Ann went above and beyond to make us feel welcome (even sharing a sweet and delicious watermelon from the garden!). The barn and surrounding area were clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. We also appreciated the little touches, like clear directions, helpful communication, and the warm hospitality throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here — we’d love to come back again!

Absolutely beautiful spot! So great to get a camping vibe in a high-end cottage right in downtown Escalante. We hiked all day and got to sleep in incredibly comfortable, make yummy meals, had hot showers, and taught our kids how to make s'more's while we had coffee. What a great place to stay with friends or family!

Wow - what a beautiful cabin and location! Right outside Capitol Reef National Park, we were able to hike all day and cozy up all night in the casita. I loved how beautiful all the little details were - from the handmade ladder to the loft to the super comfy beds. Everything was clean, well thought out, and really cute. Perfect location for a getaway in the desert.

The Silo! We got checked in late, so we did not get to explore the whole area. However, the host had a light and heat on for us to make us feel welcomed. We reserved a place late and the host was very responsive. But the silo was the cutest! Two private toilet/shower areas and small kitchen co-located in the silo. The Little Red Barn was big enough for 2 adults and 2-3 kids to sleep cozy.

2 nights at Casitas at Capitol Reef

We stayed in the Capitol Casita as a stop on the road visiting the five Utah National Parks. Such a cute and comfortable Casita! It was just my son and I, but this could comfortably fit a lot of people if traveling with a larger group. It’s January and was incredibly windy so we weren’t able to enjoy it - but there is a rooftop fire pit terrace which would be beautiful stargazing. The beds are comfortable memory foam, which made for cozy mornings. The customer service and hospitality was superb, and if we find ourselves in this corner of the world again, we will definitely rebook.

Carrie Ann's space was charming even in the dead of winter with all the fallow ground around it! We were the only glampers there at the time and had the space to ourselves but could tell it was laid out in a beautifully communal way. The spaces were clean, tidy, and thoughtfully laid out. The host went above and beyond making us feel at home.
