Located near Lake Tejas or Steinhagen Reservoir travel 2.9 acres into a wooded hunting ground and enjoy a weekend of natures beauty. When you’re done setting up camp, hike the forest trails enjoy some vollyball with your friends and picnic under the shade of the trees. Our sites does have water access, an outhouse with a flushing toilet. Access to a rec area with volley ball. We also rent tents upon request. Waffles is the best! Everyone was super friendly and chill, even the other guests. The canvas tents with A/C are a must in the summer. Loved seeing all the animals wandering around—they really have something magical here. (We brought our small Chihuahua-mix pup and she loved it too!)

THRIVE Family Camp and RV is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the serene beauty of the forest and the warm hospitality of our host, David. The campsite was impeccably clean and well-organized. We especially appreciated the clean bathroom facilities, which made our stay even more comfortable. Davey was most gracious, and we had the place to ourselves. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with the natural surroundings, provided a truly relaxing retreat. We left feeling refreshed and can't wait to return for another tranquil getaway.

Weekend Trip to THRIVE family camp and RV
Staying at the thrive tiny house was an absolute delight! The peaceful atmosphere and stunning views made it the perfect weekend getaway. The house itself was thoughtfully designed, with cozy yet modern accommodations that exceeded our expectations. It was clear that a lot of care went into every detail, making it well worth the price. The endless breathtaking trails and quiet surroundings added to the relaxing experience and we left feeling completely refreshed.
