Tiny house on 10 acre property to escape the city life. It has a small pond to walk to and relax. Spread your legs and see in a cozy 1 bedroom, 2 loft with full living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Farm/ranch with sheep, chickens, and 2 working dogs.

We do live onsite about 80' away from the front porch.

Sandy Ridge Camping

We're happy that we can open up our land for campers. Before booking please read the following information and site descriptions. You can enjoy wooded walking paths in the 90-acre forest and pastures, ponds and wildlife, including deer, wild hogs, hawks, owls, roadrunners, doves, cardinals, jays, woodpeckers, mockingbirds, and many other species of birds. Small mammals such as armadillos, rabbits, and squirrels are often seen, and the property is also awesome for stargazing. Please watch out for snakes, scorpions, pesky mosquitoes, chiggers and ticks. This land has been a huge blessing to us and we hope you will enjoy your stay here. Arrival time should be no later than 9pm. Please inquire before booking if your arrival time might be later. Site #1: This is a big area and has room for several tents and vehicles. The ground can be a bit rough from chopped up bark and uneven ground. 

Outhouse is located near the farmhouse and in walking distance of camp sites; there is also a utility sink with non-potable water.

Llama Land Ranch

Property has been in family since 1987. The land has a rich history of wild boars and other wildlife. There is a live creek that runs along one of the property lines and is 50 ft deep.
 Pastures are mowed three times a year and always look beautiful. There is some
terrain that is rough and the land has not been traveled. Bring machetes and a compass (We are not a rescue team). The land is ready to be loved by our visitors.
The llamas will come to greet you and so will many more things in this wonderful place. We are conveniently located in a secluded area, but just a short drive from many local conveniences.
Come enjoy the beautiful landscape and make memories you can treasure forever.

All of the llamas have personalities and hung around for a while.

The dock is super cute - fishing poles, a canoe/oar, and relaxing lounge spots! 

Land Of OZ

Land Of OZ is a place of peace and beauty. If you love the sun shine through the trees and beautiful pond surrounded by nature this is the place for you to come. Active chicken coop and garden. This is where we are now but I would love to have your input while here on how to make it a great place for all to enjoy.

Land of Oz! Sidewalk around one pond with bate fishing and a nice dock to sit and enjoy the surrounding beauty of towering trees. A bit of heaven.&nbsp;&nbsp;There are several camp sites and room for 5 RV parking  hook up water and electric only. Peace and quite with the beautiful trees and ponds

The sun rises over the woods. Makes for a gentle wakeup in the morning.

Chickens, roosters, and ducks roam the farm. 

This was our favorite swing. It had bells that sound like a windchime, and it's next to a garden bed that will probably be really pretty during growing season!

Fruit trees line the sidewalk straight to the spot where we pitched our tent.

You can pitch your tent anywhere you like, but this was our favorite spot. By the pond, surrounded by a creek, tucked into the trees. Felt very secluded, but was still pretty close to the amenities. 

My son enjoyed hunting for dandelions that had gone to seed.

We have private hot showers and restroom accommodations in our sixteen stall barn. Horse boarding available for an additional fee. I'm not in the middle of nowhere, but my neighbors all have at least 3-5 acres.&nbsp; It's always quiet out here, except for the birds and occasional coyote in the distance.&nbsp; I have what Hipcamp calls a flexible cancellation policy.&nbsp; Simply cancel on the site 24 hours prior to your check in for a full refund.
