We also need a minimum 48 hour notice to heat the pool as it literally takes 24 hours or more to heat it. - The property is two houses connected with a breeze way, you will rent the "back house" as we call it. It's 3,400 SQ FT with a breakfast area, kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, plates, cups, etc. Also on the first floor there is a huge game room, a full bathroom and the gym. On the second floor are located all the bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an office and the laundry area with washer and dryer, also we provide towels. When we have guests you are the only one to use the backyard, pool, hot tub, ping pong table and grill.
