Main House Layout: First Floor: There are two bedrooms with king-sized beds. One of these rooms also has a sofa bed. There's also a TV room with another sofa bed. It has extended acreage with multiple ecosystems. I just found a spring and will be doing livestock. There is yurt and tiny house for rent. There is an RV plug, electricity (extra fee), and a water hose. The site is close to downtown Lindale (5 minutes) restaurants and shopping. 15 minutes from tyler. It is country living but still close to city action. The lower parts of the property require 4-wheel drive, but the top has water and electricity, so any car is fine. As this is an outdoor area, there are bugs and critters. I have never had a problem, but this is notice that you agree to assume all liability and responsibility for your party by camping at this property. NEW: Starlink Satellite Internet! Unleased Pets are added fee. If they are in a structure other than your own, they must be in a crate, or we have a fenced dog park area.

Downtown Corsicana has thrift stores, antique stores, Brick Street Brewery, Corsicana Opry and more 11 miles away. And Walmart is 13 miles away with also TJmax, Tractor Supply and more. It's quite small but does have a convenience store, with ice, drinks, food, and worms for fishing. There is also a small-town bar with music and food. Hubbard is a nice little town about 15 miles away. It features small cafes, antique shopping, gas and a Sonic. The town of West is much larger and about 30 miles away. West features Czech Bakeries, & old town square shopping. Don’t forget mosquito spray, bedding, and drinking water. There is plenty of dead wood for fire, but you may want something to cut it into smaller pieces. Please don’t go too big or crazy with fire. Conditions can be very dry. Keep the wood burning fireplace in the tent to small fires please. Tents can fit 2 adults comfortably; bring your kids and sleep on floor or bring your own tent to set up for them. children are free no extra charge.

Nice spot. Easy in easy out. Be great in warmer months to hang out a bit longer. We stopped for an overnight that was safe. This fitted our needs. Will remember this one on future trips thru. Recommended for a good stop. Lots of room to yourself and fun firepit area.

Such a beautiful spot! Very quiet, tons of trees, cutesy fire wood, chairs, sinks, trails. Loved my time there. Will definitely book again. 60 acres to roam and I was lucky to catch the leaves changing. They’re serious about allowing dogs off leash. Not an issue for me. I love dogs and enjoyed my several sweet dog visitors.

Jill and Anthony have a great place. Super clean campground. We loved that it's so dog friendly. The outdoor shower and close bathroom were super appreciated. The Nest felt very secluded and was exactly what we were looking for. The picnic table was used and enjoyed as well as the fire pit box.

Chuck was an amazing host and a great guy to talk to. He took the time to show me around the property and made sure I was all set to camp there. The area was secluded and peaceful, right next to the pond—perfect if you enjoy fishing. Chuck even shared some tips and advice, suggesting I use a Texas rig. Sure enough, every 3–5 casts I was catching a bass. I highly recommend this spot!

Camped for a couple of nights and was surprised. it’s got lights an outhouse and running water along with the standard campground stuff. Owner was out and about and great about making sure everything was working properly. Also had a thunderstorm the last night and the sand at the site actually held up and packing out was a breeze. Definitely recommend

The space is beautiful and always improving. There is a dog park almost finished, and a beautiful creek at the end of the property along a sandy wooded area that is a bit of a trek through some wetland, but will soon be a nice dry walk. The animals roam freely and the land is bordered by two farmlands with wide pasture and forested hill...and no farmy smells! If youre looking to learn how a homestead can be built, this is the place to come. You can wander the forest, forage for wild edible plants, check out how the spring has been tapped, and soon bathe in spring fed pools! We love it and have been here for three months, planning to stay longer 😀

Dallas

The city sights are just an hour’s drive away, whether you want to catch a Dallas Cowboys game, visit the John F. Kennedy memorial, or get your culture fix in the Arts District. Urban campers have options in Dallas too. Lake Lavon and Lake Ray Hubbard have waterfront campgrounds, swimming beaches, and leafy parks right on the cusp of the city, while RV parks and cabins dot the shores of Lake Lewisville to the north.

East Dallas Lakes

North of Cedar Creek, lake lovers will find plenty of places to get on the water. Check into the lakefront campground at Lake Tawakoni State Park or head to one of the lake’s RV parks with easy access to the boat launches and fishing coves. Nearby, Lake Fork has several marinas and lakeside golf courses, while further north, Sulphur Springs is the gateway to Cooper Lake State Park on the shores of Jim Chapman Lake.
