We really enjoyed our stay! Just a few notes for future guests: the yurts are located in the owners’ backyard, so there isn’t a ton of privacy, and the bathroom doors don’t fully close since they don’t lock. The property has lots of fun animals, which adds to the charm, though a few did get out during our visit (a chicken, the dog, and even the pig) — a little stressful since we had our own dogs with us, but admittedly, waking up to a rogue pig was pretty thrilling. Last note, the heater in yurt 4 doesn’t work. 7/10

Absolutely everything is what you would expect. This was an oasis hidden in an unexpected place. I came for solitude and a menu for each meal, just to toss is out of the window and explored the eateries within distance (thanks Tamara!). First thing first, since this is about getaway, this place is not too far from the city, but definitely gets you out from the city. In the middle of nature, you can see deers, lizards, ducks, and lot more. The place is very cute and my wife and I loved being here for 2 nights. The host is very caring, she lives on the site and she helped us with anything she could do to make our stay feel better. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway not too far from Austin, I am planning to come back with my daughter next time.
