Come stay on our 100 acre Richard Creek Valley getaway, gently tucked away on the north slope. There are four campsites on the property and they are all at least 150 yards away from each other. Each site is private. When the ground is dry there is access for all vehicles. When the ground is muddy, Brookside, RiverRock, and Richardson Creek campsites require a 4-wheel drive and have alternate routes to get to them. Ancient Oaks is an all-weather site. You can enjoy hiking and swimming in Richardson Creek when water levels permit. Canoeing from Bakers Crossing put-in which is only 3 miles away. Some places to check out while you are here include Dinosaur Valley State Park, Dinosaur World, Granbury Historic Square, Stephenville Rodeo, Bakers Crossing River Put-In, Oakdale Plunge Pool, and BigRocks Park in Glen Rose. Established 1996, The farm is situated just minutes from Magnolia-Silos, the Dr. Pepper museum, Baylor University,  the Texas Ranger museum, BSR Waterpark, the Waco Mammoth National Monument (US National Park Service),  and plenty of magnificent restaurants.  There are no power lines over the property so I invite you to bring a kite to fly! There are paths to walk, a stocked tank to fish in, (bass, catfish and blue gill),  and oak and pecan trees to sit under and view the clouds as they drift overhead. Weekend Trip to Bee Mountain River Resort

Really nice camping spots that's not too far from Fort Worth! We had such an amazing time the spot was perfect for stargazing and relaxing. There's not really any Internet service it was very spotty, but that's what makes it even better. It's nice to disconnect and enjoy the outdoors. The river is right at the camp spot easy access for kayak and paddle boards. Our dogs also loved this spot!

And the location is super convenient from where we all live in North Texas that we definitely want to make this a regular spot. The family that lives there are super kind and friendly. Weekend Trip to Coyote Creek Farm

We loved camping on Regena’s land. She met us on the driveway and took us to our campsite. She picked one out for us that’s mostly grass, a nice newer picnic table, bucket potty that she emptied out for us, fire ring and trash bin. Her property was so private, Regena was the only person we saw. We loved the two nights we were there. Easy drive to Waco, we went antique store shopping and went to the Silos. Would highly recommend.

To say the least me and my family got comfortable fast and if we go camping again at this spot we’ll bring a few more people next time to show off how awesome it was. Weekend Trip to Coyote Creek Farm

We had a great time at Regena's place! It was our first trip with our youngster, so it was a bit of a trial run. Everything went great. Regena is close by and easy to get a hold of, but doesn't impede on you at the same time. She is a fantastic host- super nice and accommodating. Exactly the type of host you want. The location is outside of the city and is rural, but is also only a 12 minute drive to the grocery store for when you realize you forgot your coffee, like I did. There are some houses relatively close to the RV site, but all the properties have acreage, so the closest is about about a hundred yards away and is hidden behind trees, even in winter months when the trees aren't bloomed. Overall we enjoyed it very much and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Wendy and Kevin. They are super nice people and came by as I was getting checked in to make sure I got settled. When I accidentally left something at my site, Wendy reached out to me and we were able to get my items back to me. I am looking forward to my next trip to the area and will definitely be staying there again. The facilities clean and well kept. The grounds were beautiful. I arrived in the dark and it was nice to make up to the rolling, tree-covered hills.

Weekend Trip to Bee Mountain River Resort

This is a great camping spot for families. The hosts made our stay easy and checked in each day with any updates and or to see if we needed anything. Being able to get firewood, kayaks, ice, and fresh water from the hosts was convenient. The views along the river are amazing. Cell coverage is limited, which we liked. Wildlife is present all around the property, the coolest being the owls, whose hoots would resonate and echo off the river. Speaking of the river, the water is very calm in front of the camp sites, with most allowing for pretty easy entry. Plan on bringing life jackets for kids. Weekend Trip to Bee Mountain River Resort

We had an absolute blast tent camping this weekend! The sites were really big! I love that they deliver fire wood right to your site. Having a bathroom near was also nice! They were very friendly and communicated with us multiple times throughout the weekend. We hope to be back very soon!

Weekend Trip to Coyote Creek Farm

It's a very beautiful property. You can tell by the young planted oaks and nicely kept camp sites, they want the place to be a nice place for people to enjoy for a long time. Regina was very nice. She even gave us a thank you card for staying there. Me and my son recommend staying here at some point.

1 night at Alexander Creek RV and Campground

The site was in a great location! Very convenient to hwy 36 and the amenities in Hamilton. The campsite was peaceful and well maintained. Lots of room, great hook ups and WiFi. Bathrooms, showers and common areas were clean and spacious! There’s a full kitchen-even a keurig and pods-along with ac, which was great! Free laundry facilities was also a great perk! Wendy was very friendly and easy to communicate with too, We’ll definitely visit again if we’re in the area!

Weekend Trip to Bee Mountain River Resort

We had a wonderful time. Each campsite was right on the river and it was so beautiful! The restroom trailer was kept very clean and was convenient to use. I have already been telling my friends to check out Tony's land for their next camping trip! We will definitely be back.

Folks, if you desire silent time under the Texas Sky & love being by creeks, THIS is your spot. Host are wonderfully helpful & if, you get lost, it's your fault. Easy to find. Easy spot to relax. 5 outta 5 stars!
