Midland East RV Park is conveniently located on the East side of Midland, Texas.  If you’re looking for a safe and affordable long-stay RV Park, we have all that you’ll need. 

Midland is the halfway point between Dallas and El Paso and is a hub for oil and gas production.  With over 325,000 residents in the Midland-Odessa metropolitan area, there are lots of food and dining options.  Entertainment options include shopping, hiking trails, museums, and historic theatres.

Rules
Sewer/Water
Sewer and sink waste-water connections must be airtight. State law prohibits any waste-water runoff to the ground.

Bussines Operations
Any type of business operation in the campground is prohibited.

Parking
Only one RV and two vehicles per space. Do not park in a vacant RV space or gravel areas.

Dumpsters
There is a large dumpster in the northeast corner of the property that you can use for household-type refuse only. Do not dump any hazardous debris.

Pets
Pets are allowed but must adhere to the pet rule contract, and you must provide pet vaccination paperwork.

Visitors
You are responsible for your visitors, adults, and children.Your visitors are not allowed to bring pets into the RV park.

Vehicle Washing
No RV or vehicle washing in the park.

Oil Changes
Please do not change oil, tires, or work on vehicles in the park.

Fireworks
The use of fireworks, slingshots, or BB guns is prohibited.

Firearms
Discharging of firearms is prohibited at all times.

Smoking/Alcohol
No smoking or alcohol in the office, restrooms, or laundry area.

Drugs
The use or possession of illegal drugs constitutes immediate eviction from Lea County RV park.

SITE MAINTENANCE
All spaces must be kept orderly and clean, litter-free, including cigarette butts.No clotheslines. No boxes, tools, junk. Open campfires are prohibited. BBQ grill is acceptable.

Music & TV
Please keep music and TV volumes low as a courtesy to your neighbor.

Quiet Time
Quiet time is from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Drivers
The driver must be 18 years old and older.

RV Slots
Use only the RV slots assigned to you. Please do not move into another space without contacting and getting approval from the office.
