Weekend Trip to PineyTop Cabins

I loved these cabins in Cleveland, TX. I wanted to a place to stay to visit the Sam Houston National Forest. I am not an experienced camper so these cabins were perfect for my fiance', dogs, and I! The cabins were very clean and comfortable to stay in. George was a great host, with great communication and accommodating. My favorite features of the cabins were the fireplace (he even had wood ready and conveniently placed next to the pit) and the projector. Would love to visit again!

Weekend Trip to 3 Hermanos Cabin

Property and cabin were nice. Very clean and organized, labels helped us know where things were and not have to fumble around to figure out. Directions were good no issues. Cleveland has everything you need if you want to get groceries there. The pond was pretty dried up so no fishing but we were warned when booking it was dry and dependent on more rain. The area is quite green and lush, so there are bugs as expected. Grass was a bit long on trails so we decided against doing too much walking. Didn’t want to mess with bugs. Pool was very nice. Used it pretty much just floated in there and read books. With the heat of July did not mess with the fire pit or the hot tub. Think it would be nice in the cooler months. Overall very happy with the place and will look at it to rent again.

Weekend Trip to Wild Wood Haven

The campsite was so cute and whimsical! We stayed in the Milky Way tent and the kids LOVED IT. We squeezed two adults and two young children in there but it was definitely tight for sleeping. It was exactly as pictured, so fun and cozy. The amenities and hosts were wonderful and so so sweet! We got to pet the goats and chickens, and got some fresh produce from their garden. We completed the scavenger hunt - it was super kid friendly and they loved the adventure! We could not get the kids off the zip line or ping pong table, but the playground itself needed a little TLC. Our trip was on a VERY hot weekend (115 heat index) and the AC in our tent had a hard time keeping up at the hottest part of the day. A cold shower at the end of the day was exactly what we needed (even though hot was an option). But the evenings and overnight were perfect! Things we wished we had that we will remember to bring next time: *trash bags *more drinking water *baby wipes (just to clean off between showers) Overall, it was a blast, even with the outrageous heat. We will absolutely come back again!

Weekend Trip to Unique Gorgeous Bubble

We enjoyed the very unique experience at Jannett and Davis's property! It was surreal to sleep in an actual bubble. They had all the amenaties you come to expect, and we were remarkably comfortable. The pool, farm animals and other activities were also great! My only complaint is that the "approximate location" shown in the listing is almost a one-hour drive from the actual location, which you only find out after booking. This forced some changes to our schedule for the weekend and would have been nice to know up front. But we still would have stayed here, and I'm glad we did.

1 night at Exquisite Luxurious Glamping Dome

Incredible experience! You are not only booking a dome to stay in, but Davis is an attentive, full-service host. He helped move our luggage with his ATV, started the fire, adjusted the hot tub to the temperature we needed, brought out speakers, etc. The amenities are also amazing-- pool is incredibly clean, firepit is nice, outdoor kitchen with drinks and snacks, goats and animals around. Davis even let us have fresh eggs from his chickens for breakfast! He is such a thoughtful host and really goes the extra mile for his guests!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this private campsite! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owners truly care about providing an exceptional experience. The site was impeccably maintained, with clean facilities, well-marked trails, and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the beauty of nature. What truly stood out was the tranquility—no noisy crowds, just the peaceful sounds of birdsong and rustling leaves. The privacy made it feel like our own little slice of paradise. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering helpful tips about the area while respecting our space. The amenities were thoughtfully designed, from a cozy fire pit with plenty of wood to convenient access to clean water and even some charming touches like solar string lights. Whether you’re an experienced camper or just looking for a serene getaway, this site is perfect. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return! 1 night at Jackie's RV Resort

Everything was great! Five out of five stars, ten out of ten, twenty out of twenty. The only feedback I gave them was about the bathroom motion sensor light switch-- it will always automatically turn on when you go into the bathroom, and the switch doesn't allow that feature can't be deactivated, so it would be useful to bring a piece of tape and a piece of foil to cover the motion sensor at night, in case they don't think it worth it to replace the switch.

Weekend Trip to Jackie's RV Resort

My family and I stayed in cabins 5 & 6. We throughly enjoyed our visit. It's was a quick getaway about an hour drive from home. The manager was very accommodating could not ask for better service. We took advantage of the lounge area and played pool, watched TV and also had coffee there. The location is very close to kemah boardwalk and many restaurants if you don't want to cook. Armenia in the cabin was much more than I expected. Definitely will return.

Had a lovely stay at Jackie's Place. The property is nice, clean and well maintained. We stayed in the cabins which had nice amenities including wifi and roku TV in the room. Customer service was top tier and very accommodationing. I would definitely stay here again.

2 nights at Blissful Bubble

This was an amazing experience! My daughter (who is 9) stayed 2 nights in the blissful bubble. It truly was a much needed get away. Nearby hiking was great. The animals on the farm was a highlight for my daughter. She now wants a pig! Davis was an amazing host. We will return! Hopefully when it is warmer so we can take more advantage of that amazing pool! 10/5 stars
