Great area to explore and thankful for a safe location to park the rv with hookups. Jenny and Tim made everything feel like home. They were closeby and helpful when needed however allowed for privacy . The dogs were able to explore the field and be a little feral in nature.

Me and some friends had a 10/10 experience at Solace Farms!! We were in the area for climbing, and there’s plenty of it within 30 minutes to an hour. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends at our climbing wall back in NOLA.

Loved our time at Solace Farm! A very peaceful property with a wonderful agricultural operation going on. You can tell the family pours their hearts into what they do! We booked a "Junior Farm Tour" and enjoyed our time walking around the farm with the kids as we learned about the animals, gardens, etc. The Meadow Site has a great sunset view - secluded and peaceful!

1 night at Quarter Spring Farm
We had a great stay at the Thunder Dome! The wood stove kept the dome cozy on a chilly night and we were lucky enough to witness the northern lights while we were there! Heather is a great host and we loved meeting the goats, would stay again!

A charming little cabin on a beautiful property! I stayed here with my three dogs, and they loved having the space to roam freely. The cabin was cozy and comfortable, and the modern bathroom was a nice touch. Both the main room and the bathroom have their own window unit. Keith was wonderful to chat with, a friendly and welcoming host.

Chris’s place was so much fun! The creek provided endless entertainment for the kids, and tranquil vibes for us all. The pine forest behind the camp was also the perfect place for our hammocks and many games of hide and seek. There was a fire ring at the campsite and plenty of soft grassy spots for our tents. We also had some of the fresh eggs in the morning that were delicious. We can’t wait to come back.

2 nights at Cedar Hill Ranch
Nice quiet farm-style setting. Rented the RV and it had all the amenities I wanted. Very accommodating host! Prompt replies to all of my inquires. Will definitely rent again if ever in the area.

We loved the glamping cabin and the views. It matches the description well. Great place to stargaze too we spotted some meteors as well! But it was super chilly and there was just one heater so that was little hard to sleep we assumed there would be more. But in summer I think it would have been the best. We didn't get to interact with hosts a lot but they were super responsive. Would definitely recommend but come geared up.

We had a great time under the pines!! We took our 1 year old for her first camping trip here. She had a blast. We did the tour lead by the kiddos. They took us around to see all the farm animals and gardens.
I mean this in the best way possible, the hosts left us alone the whole time after we got everything setup. They seem like they will be as involved as you want. Let us know that we could freely explore the property. Had nice camping neighbors with plenty of distance from each other. Shared compost toilet for the two campsites.
We had our dog with us who doesn’t really play nice with other dogs. The pines area is fenced in. They’ve got a little puppy that slipped through the cracks every now and then, but then we figured out how to get the gate closed so she couldn’t sneak in. She was super sweet though and didn’t cause problems.
We planned to go to stone door, but just decided to stay on the farm because we were having fun there.
Sorry for the rambling, but we had a great time. We will definitely be back!

The campsite was very nice, with great personal touches and everything we needed during our stay. There were strings of lights hung throughout the main camp area, which was great for getting around at night. The large tent had everything one might need, from cookware and utensils, blankets, seating, as well as a bed AND a fan for cooling off. The entire setting was very pretty and relaxing, with the tent on a deck perched over large rocks with thoughtful mulched pathways throughout. It was a very nice place and our hosts were very easy to get in contact with, making sure we had a great time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great campsite with extra perks.

I cannot express how wonderful this was. I was solo camping and little nervous. Caleb met me for a tour and showed me the farm. I immediately felt comfortable and cared for! Very safe and it was just great to go to sleep with the cows and goats and sheep beside me! If there wasn’t rain in the forecast for night 2 I would have stayed and never left. Thank you so very much

It was absolutely magical. My mom and my family of five with a 4, 3 and 2 year old had THE BEST time. We had plans to do things in the area and the grounds themselves were so amazing we never left once we parked. 10/10 in ALL ways. Dog friendly too.
