Low Meadow Farms (formerly Brown Bike Farms) is a serene four-acre meadow bordered by Burnett Creek. The campground is an easy distance to Downtown Knoxville and an even easier access to all that South Knox's Urban Wilderness has to offer. It uniquely offers a hint of backcountry camping without the 25-mile hike in. It is a great way to test the waters for primitive camping or an easy stop close to the city for a seasoned traveler. It is best suited for car camping, RVs, tent, and hammock camping. There are fire pits and picnic tables at each site with enough room for tents and RVs. Most sites have trees suitable for hammock camping all along the creek. There is potable water, firewood for sale, solar showers, and a bike wash stand all next to the covered communal area. Each standard site can accommodate 2 people to keep space between groups and lessen the impact on the land. Sites 10 and 13 can each accommodate 6 guests. If you have more in your group, we recommend reserving an adjoining campsite. Sites 1, 2 and 3 are off the main path to the left of the property, and still by the creek. Sites 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are all along the creek and gravel drive Site 10 is very private with creek access on three sides. Site 11 is private with creek access all along the front. Site 12 is up high on a hill, and Site 13 is open in the middle of the meadow.

Easy pull in and out off paved road. Very quiet and peaceful area. There is a covered patio over the creek and a fire pit. We are close to Great Smokey National Park and only 22 miles to Cherokee casino. If you like to ride we are 60 miles to the Dragons tail. The Great Smokey Mountain railroad is only 7 miles away.It is private and peaceful with lots to do just around the corner. Fishing, boating, kayaking and swimming all within two miles. This spot was exactly the breath of fresh air I needed. The sites were beautifully maintained, the views were stunning, and the hosts were wonderfully communicative. I ended up extending my stay—twice! I even caught the northern lights during the solar flares, which made the whole experience feel magical. Sitting beside the creek was the perfect way to slow down and enjoy the day—it added a gentle rhythm to the whole trip. The location is peaceful yet close enough to town to be convenient. Highly recommend.

The location is convienent, well kept and pretty private. The port-o-john was immaculate!! Seriously, the creek was lovely, the site (#10) was perfect for us but I was most impressed with the port-a-potty. Someone takes really good care to keep it clean which is most appreciated for those of us who don't have bathrooms in our campers.

We had a great time hanging out and relaxing on the property. The campsite was nice and level and had beautiful views. We planned to camp 2 nights, but the weather said otherwise. We would have been perfectly happy camping multiple nights. The electrical hookup, water, and string lights were a game changer. We felt spoiled. I normally camp off grid, so the amenities were extra nice. The property isn't far from the general population, but it feels secluded. We look forward to returning. *Just something to note. The owners live on the property and use the gravel drive next to the campsite. They also have a dog on the property that barked some at night. We've camped at heavily traveled campsites and have camped around coyote's that howled all night. This wasn't that big of an issue. We had a great experience.

Sort of a tight park, but the price is right and there are lots of amenities. The site we had (113) was in a low spot but we were able to level up in our motorhome Tiffin Allegro Open Road TGA (35ft long) with no problems.

Danny was super nice. He helped us settle and gave recommendations for the local area that we were able to use. The location is close to the downtown area of the small town and not too far from things to do. The site itself was very clean and level and well taken care of and right on the water. It's a little difficult to get down to the stream but it's beautiful nonetheless. A great place to stay awhile.

Bryan was already outside ( in the rain) to greet us before I even contacted him. He has great overnight sites and the electric hookup makes it nicer than many quick stops! We relaxed and were ready to hit the road again the next morning.

One of the newer campgrounds in Pigeon Forge, in a great location right in the middle of everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. Bathhouse was immaculate and spacious. Everything has been well maintained and still looked and felt brand new after 2 years of business.
