Book by the end of March and get a Early Bird Discount! SLTABXED (10%) This hidden paradise has a waterfall that used to have a mill on it in the early 1900's. There are cliffs on each side of the creek making it the perfect spot for serene relaxation. Following upstream is an assortment of spots to pitch a tent. The most notable sites are surrounded by hemlock tree's and is peaceful when birds chirp over the small rapids echoing from the large overhang *I am in the process of making multiple sites but until I do so it is first come first serve. There are multiple sites at main campsite and along creek, I've had a private event of thirty people staying at once. There are also smaller spots next to waterfall, uphill near cliff and I've had people go below falls for some complete wilderness (blocked by gorge and waterfall). With this being said, I do offer private bookings and accommodate special events! *I travel for work, so I won't always be here, but I will send directions and details after confirmation and make sure all is savvy during. Please be respectful to one and another and let me know asap if any issues arise but truthfully everyone has been amazing and I thoroughly enjoy meeting and getting to know everyone! Secluded in the woods on the Cumberland Plateau in middle Tennessee, Long Fork derives its name from the 800 feet of frontage on the Long Fork Creek. Nestled in hardwood and pine forest, the property is ranges from relatively flat to gently sloping, with one steep trail leading up to a bluff that overlooks the creek. The camping area is next to the creek and it has two tent platforms, each with a fire ring, and the larger site has a park grill and picnic table. During the warmer months guests can take a dip in the swimming hole. Plenty of trails and acres to explore. Nearby are Fall Creek Falls State Park and Savage Gulf State Natural Area. Deer, wild turkeys, numerous bird species, as well as a variety of salamanders and fungi can be seen. There are an additional 5 acres across the bridge on Big Brush Creek which can also be explored.

Amazing food and local hotspots can be found 5 minutes down the road in the heart of Sparta (i.e. Calfkiller Brewing Co is only 5 minutes away) or you can take a quick 20 minute drive into Cookeville for other great entertainment and food options. We loved it! The cabin is cozy and cute! Plenty of hiking onsite and friendly dogs/cats to keep you company! Helga was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. She gave great local recommendations and even had fire wood ready for us on arrival! This was great because it had rained the day prior and we had dry wood! The hiking on her property is beautiful. Plenty of rock formations and views. Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed one night in the dry camping area. Easy place to get to. Wonderful sounds of owls hooting and coyotes howling through the night. Bring about 3-4 inch of leveling blocks since the ground is has a slope to it. Ground is more level towards the street but gets steeper as you get closer to the trees.

Very nice site easy to access. There’s a gas station near by and it’s less than 20 minutes from Cookeville or Livingston. There’s also a Dollar General up the road. Great campsite for spur of the moment

This was our second stay at Thomas’s property. We love this site because it feels remote, but it is only a short walk from the car. It’s nice being next to the creek for a water supply and the tent platforms help make sleeping more comfortable. We will definitely be back again.

Great spot with flowing water and rock features. The road is steep but navigable. My crew cab 2500HD 4x4 fit down it and came out just fine despite pouring down rain. Would go again.

It was such a great campsite with all the basics. It is a lovely property and would be so much fun in the summer to enjoy the water and hang out. It was our first time camping with our 3 year old and 6 year old and had a great time. The walk down to the camp site is a bit steep but manageable.

Good places to set up a backpack tent.......I did however choose a campsite because it was so beautiful! Steep walk from the parking area to Creekside#2. Be prepared to carry all items. Worth the walk! I will be returning. Hostess is very attentive and firewood delivery is nice! Thalia again!

Thomas's land was absolutely beautiful and well kept. Campsite was well layed out and clean. We spent our days hiking the Forrest and playing in the creek and our evenings relaxing by a fire. It was the unplugged break from reality that we needed.

We loved it! Was very peaceful and enjoyed the view of the creek! Loved hearing all the birds and exploring the creek. The walk down from the parking lot is not bad at all definitely worth it! It was a tad tiring going back up when loading the car but We enjoyed it so much and will be back again next weekend!!

I really liked that it was a gated area and you had to have a code to get in wished the spot was closer to the water but I do understand I picked the one that you could drive up to and Park hostess was great responded quickly would recommend little noisy at night I live in that it was a great stay.
