Highly recommend! The property is very beautiful, and animals are so sweet and the family is friendly and are wonderful hosts! We look forward to visiting more often. We rode horses down through the creek and had a huge bonfire all night. We stayed in one of their other cabins they offered us onsite, it was very comfortable. There happen to be 5 kittens on property when we were there and they were so small and playful. This place is so close to the city, easy for a 1-3 night stay. Thank you Lisa and Gary! Lisa and Gary were incredibly inviting. The creek campground was perfect. So many dogs. Prepare for the dogs.

1 night at Peaceful Hills Retreat & Campground

My dog Sparky and I had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s Peaceful Hills. I chose the waterfall site and was immersed in calm, refreshing sounds of water slowly winding its way through the hills and to the creek just across the road. Sparky loved prancing through the creek and he looked like he was having so much fun that I followed suit and took a dip. It’s was chilly but felt oh so good! We took several hikes and made sure to veer off the beaten path now and again just to see what might be hidden around the bend. It was a lovely, relaxing and quiet stay and I would highly encourage a visit.
