Reach out to Bob ahead of time on Hipcamp for reservations. The site cost is roughly $27 with taxes. Dry camping only Park your RV in a quiet, private, shaded pecan grove, just minutes off I-40 between Jackson and Memphis TN. Enjoy your privacy and feel free to build a fire, use the playground, and relax on one of three porches or swings in the pergola. It is a quick walk to Walgreens, post office, Subway and other local dining. Pecan Grove, Bob & Carla made it such a great experience. He was communicative and flexible...we arrived on short notice. The site was wonderful with plenty of shade. Their dogs Freyda & Winnie were sweet dogs sniffing us through their fence. The Greek Revival home was built in the 1860 and is now on three acres within the City of Brownsville TN. TMobile 3 bars & 5G. We did not launch Starlink due to trees. Would stay here again. Brownsville is known for its BBQ, Hatchie River National Wildlife Refuge, Billy Tripp's Mindfield, Dunbar Carver Museum and Delta Heritage Center.

Had a great time. Lane and Dan are always great hosts going above and beyond making sure their guests have everything they need. The campsite is beautiful and makes for a wonderful relaxing stay. Pool and loungers are a great place to chill and we even spotted a deer by the lake on this trip.

The camp is in a very nice pecan grove down a side street of the small town of Brownsville. Bob and his wife met us, showed us where to park, and brought us hot, homemade cookies. We had a very nice walk around the grove with the dogs and got a good night's sleep. This is just a few minutes off I-40 and a perfect place when you are driving across the country, as we were.

We popped in late for an overnight stay. Greeted by Bob, a super friendly host, with yummy homemade cookies in hand (thanks to his wife). Some nearby road sounds carried at night with tent camping, likely would not be heard in an RV. Driving out the next morning we got a glimpse of the nearby town and it looked super cute with quaint shops, nice vibes, worth checking out.

We absolutely loved our time at Cassie’s special pavilion! It was perfect for us as we have family in the area. BUT, even if we were just passing through…it was an awesome spot with everything we needed! It was peaceful, and semi private. We loved sitting outside in the morning drinking our coffee and enjoying the quiet time. It’s close to many handy things as well. CVS, a grocery store, dollar store, Macdonald’s were all very close. I found a laundromat in town that was very clean and reasonably priced also. Cassie and Brian were great hosts and very responsive. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

This spot has lots of trees, a covered patio with a fan, lights, and a really nice fire pit with tons of wood and kindling. It’s a flat concrete pad with full hook ups. Cassie is quick to respond. We felt safe here.
