Our 50 acre property offers several different areas to camp or RV. Choose from; our large group camp area perfect for a large gathering of friends & family, a private “in the woods” tent site with campfire, a site on the hill that “overlooks the valley” or for those of you with RVs, choose from one of three areas on our property "under the stars."
Our “Group Glamp” is perfect for larger groups and features a huge campfire with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, stage with electricity, string lights, water, a clean port-a-potty, four private outdoor showers with on demand hot water and four electric posts for tents. It's the perfect area to get together with friends and family to make memories to last a lifetime. Pricing is based on the amount of people in attendance divided by four (number of people at each campsite) and then times by $40 per night.

Looking for the perfect getaway, you will find some peace and quiet here! Only 14.6 miles from I-40 and located on 97 acres, this campground is surrounded by nature, very secluded and private. There is a crystal-clear creek that runs parallel with the driveway and fresh spring water flowing from pipe in the rock close to the entrance on American Way. The creek is bio-diverse, filled with fascinating species, and spring fed, which means it stays cool in the summertime. There are three beautiful homes which are able to be rented out as well as a fourth home that is for the property managers. The A-frame log cabin at the top of the hill is called the Lodge. The second home, which is a two-story brown log Cabin, offers individual bedrooms. The third home is the Cottage. This is a special place and we are happy and honored to share it with you!
Peaceful Hills Retreat, a family owned business, started in May of 2017. It all began when Jennifer’s brilliant brother booked a two-story home through Airbnb for Jennifer and the family for a week in the Carolinas. Their Airbnb vacation was a great experience, and she loved having a kitchen to cook in, while traveling with her large family. She gladly said goodbye to tiny hotel rooms. Linda and her daughter, Jennifer realized they desired to run a BnB, and watched the scattered pieces beautifully fall into place.
Peaceful Hills Retreat is also a wedding venue. There are three beautiful spots for a lovely outdoor wedding. The waterfall site is a favorite. The lodge is a beautiful place for the reception to take place outdoors

Several sites to camp on 17 acres of forested land. In Linden Tn., an hour and a half drive from Nashville. The property is on a mountain ridge and community of large acreage properties ranging from 5 to 70 acres +. You'll be a 11 minute drive from the small town of Linden for easy access to a grocery store, restaurants and the Commodore Inn and Cafe. Five minutes to the Buffalo River with several kayak, canoe and tubing rental outfitters available from town or close by.
Currently 'off grid' At the entrance is a concrete parking pad where an RV can park and enjoy a lovely view of the Loblolly pine forest below.
Further down the mountain a winding road can be walked or driven (best if off-road, but I drive a front wheel SUV when dry) leads to additional sites on a level field of a mixture of cleared or treed , but private sites. A level area, then further slopes around the property to streams on either sides and a waterfall in the back of the property. Access to the waterfall is down a fairly steep mountain slope so accessible only for the adventurous.

Peaceful hills retreat was truly a treat! The Waterfall site was nothing short of amazing and sooo peaceful. The creek running alongside the land was so serene and beautiful. My dad, brother, and I had a great time and Jennifer was an awesome host. Due to unforeseen circumstances she arrived a little behind with our firewood bundle, so to make up for it she went above and beyond to make sure we had a stable fire all night with plenty of dry wood! She didn’t leave until she knew we had it going, even providing kindling. Jennifer’s hospitality was the cherry on top of the cake! I 100% recommend camping and/or lodging at Peaceful Hills and we will absolutely be back soon!

Peaceful Hills Retreat is exactly that. Peaceful. I loved everything about this place. I was the only one camping there this late in the year. I walked the whole property, used the hiking trail. Peaceful and beautiful. Tons of sites. Some seemed kinda close but still offered privacy. Small sites, large group sites, she has it all.

This was our first Hipcamp experience and it was incredible!! Jennifer left us incredible directions on how to get there avoiding dirt roads and also had wonderful directions on how to find fresh spring water to fill up our jugs. Loved everything about our stay!

We had the best time at this campsite! Jennifer was super helpful with directions and providing firewood. The fire pit, chairs, picnic table, and string lights were all much appreciated and really added to the whole experience. Would highly recommend!

Perfect for our group of 12. Fit one 10-person tent and 3 4-person tents easily along with 3 hammocks.
We drive 4 vehicles and had no issues parking them.

We loved our stay at Peaceful Hills! Jennifer was so kind and accommodating. I didn’t read the comments well and ended up picking a spot that was too hilly for tent camping!
