The resort is currently in Phase One, a soft opening that offers guests a preview of what is to come. Additional clubhouse features include restrooms, a laundry facility, area attraction information, customer service, a comfortable common lounge with a 70-inch television, a community bulletin board, and more.

My Neighbor has started his own Campsite, "The Swimming Hole". If mine is booked up and you still want to camp, look him up. His is better suited for small groups but has much more privacy.
We have a new road to the campsite; you can now drive down with two-wheel drive vehicle or RV down and park near your tent!
There is plenty of soft sand to set up one tent or ten tents; large groups are welcome for an extra fee.
A Porta-Potty is available at the campsite.
Swimming is usually possible at the base of the falls; however, large amounts of rain can change conditions and make it unusable.
I should also add, this is not a completely private campsite deep in the woods. The camp is visible from a shared driveway, and my residence is up a hill that overlooks the area. Also, I do not own the land on the other side of the stream. Occasionally, the owners of that land will spend a weekend afternoon enjoying the waterfall view also.
Still much quieter and more private than a regular campground.
Glamping tents and additional camping tents are available through a local company. Look in the pictures for the tent with red, white, and blue balloons. Message me for details.
Close to US National Whitewater Center (mountain biking, whitewater rafting, kayaking), Kings Mountain National Military Park (Horseback riding and history), Crowders Mountain (Hiking), 3 miles off of I-85 and US-321 for people passing through.

The downtown of Troutman is a short drive from your camp spot and there is a grocery store, drug store and many privately owned restaurants, including Italian, German and amazing fried chicken at Julia's! We have always enjoyed quiet secluded campsites, river floats and sitting by the river. After years of looking all over the mountains for a river property we could call our own, our favorite spot on the river came up for sale. It just so happened it was nearly halfway between where we both grew up. After many sleepless nights worrying if we could succeed or not (it was much larger than properties we had been looking for), we bought it! Our favorite spot on the river was virtually inaccessible by any way other than floating. But after hundreds of hours of hard work, we think we have developed a place where others too can enjoy the things we do about the property. We dream big and Tellurian remains a work in progress, but we feel we have created a place where folks can enjoy the peacefulness of nature, the river and incredible views.
Naming our campground proved to be one of the most challenging tasks throughout the process of developing it. After many ideas and brainstorming sessions as a family, we decided to go with Tellurian. Beautiful spot, and the white noise of the waterfall was a delight to sleep to! It’s a large space, and made me feel very alone as I was by myself. Highly recommend for groups.

My wife and I made the Tellurian our first trip with our new camper. Everything went extremely smoothly and I think it is because of how well the campground is set up and maintained. When we first arrived we backed into our spot (#3) and I was happily surprised to find that the site was dead level. Getting everything hooked up was a breeze and water, sewer, and electric all worked perfect our entire trip. I cannot overstate how amazing the view was from our site and my wife and I barely wanted to leave our chairs the entire weekend because of how unbelievable it was. We met Jud on Saturday and he was extremely nice and even mentioned a second viewpoint for the sunset that was an absolute knockout. We went down to the river and the accesses were easy to walk and well defined. The water was too cold to get in but I could see it being a great spot to spend time in the summer. The bathhouse was very clean and the layout gave plenty of privacy. Overall we had a 10/10 experience and we will certainly be coming back.

Not many sites, nicely spaced and the views are phenomenal! Jud was a fantastic host and was available whenever you needed.

Nice open field, but good options to tuck away into the woods. Well shaded and maintained with amenities at site (bathrooms a short walk), but camper vans/trailers have the opportunity to sleep along the tree line under the stars.

Campsite was as described in the listing; freshly mowed and inviting. Lots of space to spread out or if you had others camping with you. Our class C had no trouble going down the drive to the site and finding a level spot. David was a great host, good communication and very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Nice people. Convenient location. Very clean. Wasn’t finished when I was there. Looks like it will be even better in a few months.
Little loud with an industrial are and highway nearby. Sites aren’t that level.

The campsites were spaced out nicely so the other campers aren’t right up on each other. The view of the sky and the mountains in the distance was excellent. We didn’t have time to go down to see the river access since we only stayed one night so I can’t comment on that part. The bathrooms were nice and there was a common game room area which is probably nice to have when the weather takes a turn for the worst. Overall, I was very pleased.

I enjoyed tent camping on the creek at David’s. It felt very private and safe. The site had lots of firewood. The toilet was easy to use by just adding water. David was easy to communicate with and made sure I had everything I needed. I true Gem.

Lucky Farms Under the Stars was an incredible stay. The land was beautiful, clean, and spacious. There were walking trails through the woods that led to other sites, the communal campfire, a rope swing, and more. My dog loved running in the grassy field. It was so quiet and peaceful, and at night there were amazing views of the stars. The bathrooms were spotless. The muffins were delicious and made a perfect breakfast treat. An animal had gotten into the first batch of muffins before we got back late, and Taylor had another batch waiting for us the next morning. An overall wonderful experience. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I loved tent camping on David’s land. I set up next to the creek. The shared working toilet outhouse was convenient. It felt very private. Lots of firewood. Very peaceful. Communication with David was seamless.

I loved camping by the waterfalls and sleeping with sounds of the water cascading over the rocks. Very clean and private. Highly recommend. Scott was very nice and supplied some firewood for the firepit.

Views! Excellent spacious site. The entire camp is very clean and well maintained. Great communication from the Hosts and Jud was very helpful and responsive. All sites have views. Easy to get in and out. Great river access and a short drive to South Mountains for hiking! Highly recommend!
