Enjoy your time at the campsite or venture into town for shopping, dining and so much more! Just 8 miles away from Travelers Rest, where you can jump on the Swamp Rabbit trail. Walk, run or bike the trail to lovely Downtown Greenville (Yeah That Greenville) to enjoy the Liberty Bridge, bars, breweries, restaurants, museums, live music, plays and fine dining. Starlight Glamping is a short drive to hiking, swimming, lakes, kayaking, State Parks, Nature Preserves and trails in SC and NC. Site guidelines Help keep our Glampsite clean! If you use it, put it back where it belongs. Put all trash in trash cans & keep the lid secured. Do not wear shoes inside the tent. Keep all food items in sealed containers to prevent bugs or other creatures from entering the campsite. Do not cut down any trees but feel free to gather fallen limbs for firewood. This Aframe along the river is perfect for a couples getaway. King size bed in the loft. The goats will come say hello in the pasture behind the cabin! Bring your beach towels and fishing gear. Chairs available to sit on sanbars and rocks in the river. ☀️Kayaking $25 depending water level This section of the river provides the ideal setting for a private relaxing excursion, a swim or some fishing. Paddle at your own pace and uncover the hidden treasures of the riverbanks. The South Fork is rain fed and one of Georgia's last free flowing rivers . The river changes throughout the year meaning each time you float will be a little different than the time before. Its always an adventure ! ☀️Our cabin is not considered child friendly. Children are not recommended. please be aware of the following hazards: - Unfenced yard with direct access to steep river banks, and acres of dense woods . - An open loft with a wire railing. - Porch with wire railing . - A narrow steep staircase that does not have a baby gate. -Furniture that is not mounted to the wall and may tip over (Tv). Children under 12 are not allowed in goat pastures. 4 nights at Creekside Cabin at Lake Hartwell

I have to say, this was hands-down the best organized, cleanest, easiest, most amenity-laden cabin I’ve ever rented. So many details, from the embroidered robes to the bound book of instructions and recommendations. From the kitchen appointments to the coffee. There are really too many amazing little things to list here, but you could really tell the owners absolutely care about the experience their property provides. And we went panning for gold in the creek below the back deck and even found a little! It was incredibly comfortable and lots of fun. Just make sure you’re ok with stairs and aren’t too large to fit the spiral to the loft. I honestly cannot think of a single improvement to make. Didn’t even matter that it rained so much, because there was plenty left to do inside.

I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing way to celebrate my birthday than staying at the Creekside Cabin. Most of our time was spent on the peaceful back deck, soaking in the quiet seclusion and calming sounds of nature. The well-stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare and enjoy several delicious meals. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Such a nice relaxing place, we enjoyed putting chairs in the river, taking a shower in the nice outdoor shower. Everything we needed was there and we can't wait to go back.
