To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we have established the following policies: 1. Food: Our campground offers a serene escape, to help you get to your "escape with less stress we offer a cooler of food upon your request! Our Chef will do the shopping and have it ready for you! We will cater to what you would like to eat and dietary needs. You will be responsible for the price of food plus delivery charge of $40. *Please order 24hrs prior to your arrival. 2.Dogs A- Permitted on Leash: We understand that many campers enjoy bringing their furry babies along for the adventure. Dogs are welcome at our campground, but they must be on a leash or a run. The fields have some groundhog holes, and we would be devastated if your dog was running and broke a leg if a leg slipped in a hole. We just want them safe. B- Awww poop! Alot of people use the camping area as a barefoot area so please clean up their poop. 3. Quiet time after 10PM: This just means no screaming. Play your guitar and sing until the sun rises if that makes you happy. 4. Alcohol: We would prefer you skip the drinks and just get high, but if your soul needs a drink please drink responsibly. (Don't be that guy) 5. Yurt comes down the end of September for rental. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these policies to create a harmonious camping experience for all. Had a wonderful experience at Laurel Highlands! Maggie is a super friendly and attentive host, and the space was perfect for our needs. It’s not as tucked away as some other campsites we’ve been to, but that did not dampen the experience at all. It’s a bit elevated from the surrounding area and it was really cool to see the fog roll into the lower elevations at night. Some of the space is on a slight incline but it did not affect our ability to find a good spot for our tents or placement of our cots. I will definitely be planning to return again!

This was a perfect peaceful getaway! We only stayed for two nights but will definitely be back! Donald provides so much making it as stress free as possible! We really enjoyed the sound of the creek at all times and the hot showers! The yurt is beautiful and comfortable and the bathhouse was insanely clean and convenient! 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting some time in the woods! Donald was very responsive, I was able to message him when needed through the app!

It's very peaceful here and enjoy hearing the animals. The adorable goats introducedthemselvis as I was packing up in the morning. -so cute. I love Goats! (Rooster crowed just before my actual alarm clock-LOL). I value privacy and safety and slept well. I slept in my SUV. I have an airmattress and sleeping pad that keeps me comfortable. I plan to be back next time I need to travel to PGH.

We loved our stay here. Great value, so comfy for the weekend, and perfectly secluded with a short walk to the main farm house. We had a light rain our last night there, and it was so relaxing because the tent is water tight! The hosts are very friendly and give very clear directions for getting around the farm. We loved it. Didn't pull in the first night until after 9:30, so having everything set up already was awesome. We did not end up using the hot tub, but the hot shower was AMAZING! Everything we could have wanted was there. We used the site as a base camp to visit Ohiopyle, PA and Cooper's Rock WV. Both were within a half hour of camp.

Curt was very helpful, allowing us to move further down into the site since we were only staying for one night. It's a beautiful spot, carved out along the creek and the lake. Unfortunately, our timing was not the best and the water was very low. We choose to take the kayaks elsewhere for the day. Nevertheless, we enjoyed a peaceful evening with plenty of firewood!!! Thanks Curt, we'll see you again!

Great Hosts, Great Communication! Stayed for 2 nights and the property is very clean and well kept. Plenty of fish in pond, Large Mouth Bass, Striped Perch, and Blue Gills. No cell service so you can unwind. Had a peddle boat for use, be we didn’t try it. Heard Coyotes in the evening. It was a wonderful weekend. Highly Recommend.

I really enjoyed getting to camp out in a place surrounded by the sight and sound of goats, chickens and horses. I loved the fact that although it's surrounded by forest, the hillside is fairly open and floods with bright morning sunlight. I even got a tour of the farm to pet the animals!
