Enjoy fishing in the creek only steps from one of our many campsites, or strolling in the cottonwood and alder trees. You'll encounter all sorts of wildlife during your stay. Located in the Willamette Valley, where route 240 and 47 meet is the small town of Yamhill. just 3 miles out of town there is a 66 acre farm with forest covered hills, rolling hay fields and a small seasonal creek.
We welcome you to come enjoy some peaceful rest on our farm.
We have 2 camp sites available and more coming soon nestled in the trees across the open hay field where you can watch wildlife.
each site has access to the composting toilet, has their own picnic table, fire ring, access to water, and some extras like hay that can be used for under tents, kindling to help start your fire, a fire extinguisher, access to a propane fire ring during fire danger season, and a few yard games. we do have fire wood available to purchase as well as farm fresh eggs.
the camp sites are seasonal and most will be closed for the wet winter months. they will be open from June to September, depending on the weather we may need to adjust the access to the sites. at times they may be walk in only (about 200ft walk) or four wheel drive access only as they are in a low area of the farm and do not wish anyone to get stuck. if access has been changed I will notify you as soon as I can with an update.
you are welcome to walk around during your stay, pick some blackberries, apples or plums but please be aware and careful as we do have some poison oak on the property. I encourage you to stay on a path.
please message me if you would like a tour of the farm we have a horse boarding stable, rabbits, chickens and goats ( for your safety please do not enter any barns or pastures without permission , preferable accompanied)
you can see and hear some of the animals but most are far enough away that they are not disturbing.

Weekend Trip to Fern Haus
My daughter and I had a lovely stay at this amazing property in the Witches Cabin. My daughter and I explored around the property and we had the best time. Dionne is a amazing host that helped us find the location and also came out to make sure we were all good at our campsite later on in the night. I recommend going to this hipcamp any time!

We had the best time in the forager site!
The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. We had a big storm come through the night of our stay and the hosts were super hospitable and brought us a backup power bank. The heater blankets on the bed were a great touch too!

Carly’s property and yurt made for a perfect weekend getaway! Though just minutes from downtown, it was quiet, private, peaceful, and secluded. The space had everything we needed, including a functional toilet and shower. Along with the cozy vibe of the yurt, there were plenty of options for hiking trails and close to a vineyard for wine tasting. I highly recommend this property for a nice, cozy getaway.

Weekend Trip to Fern Haus
The Stargazer Bell Tent was a lovely little spot! There was a creek that was easy to get to and just adorable. The campsite itself and the tent were nicely cared for and the people nearby at the other campsite weren't much of an issue (except for leaving the outhouse quite messy, causing us to clean up after them). The outhouse was surprisingly very nice, for an outhouse! You can tell a lot of love goes into this whole spot at Fern Haus. The only tiny complaint I have is that all of the furniture pieces (chairs at the table inside the tent, chairs by the firepit, the picnic table itself, and the chairs by the creek) were cheap, flimsy, unstable, and rickety. I did not feel safe sitting in anything supplied at the campsite. I was glad we brought our own camp chairs! But other than that, we had a great time! Comfy bed, too! Thanks for the adventure!

Weekend Trip to Amico Roma Farm
We had a fantastic and relaxing time with our pups. They loved running around in the grass, and sleeping inside by the cozy wood stove. The yurt is completely equipped, we barely had to bring more than some food and our clothes!
We walked over to the winery next door, wandered the trails on the property, and relaxed with games and books. A really special weekend!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Vista Tent! Everything was impeccably clean, all you could possibly need was provided, and the bed was SO comfy! The view from the tent was beautiful, and it felt very secluded and private. The sauna was a great extra bonus and the property was large with woodsy trails to walk around too. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our time at Carly’s!! We loved it so much, we stayed an additional night. Every detail was thought of. Very well curated. It felt luxurious. And the sauna!!! Huge perk we went several times. Will definitely stay here again.
Two things to note: be physically capable of walking up a steep incline while carrying items to get to the TENT. The location and view are perfect and very private, but it’s a little workout to get up there for sure. Secondly there are many farm animals and dogs. The noise travels easily and it can be noisy late into the night. We still slept fine and loved our stay overall - but important to be aware of before you arrive.

Weekend Trip to Circle C Farm
We very much enjoyed our stay at The Last Resort. I haven't slept in a camper since I was a teenager, so it was a fun throwback for me.
The camper itself is cozy and comfortable, and when you plug in the string lights, it starts to feel like a little fort, in the best way possible.
Fresh eggs and firewood are available from the host, and both were great. Especially the eggs!
To anyone on a motorcycle, this would be a great spot to set up camp and ride some really beautiful roads. I ended up not bringing my motorcycle on this trip, and I immediately regretted it. Motorcycle access to the camper involves a very short bit of riding on grass, etc but nothing you can't handle.

Weekend Trip to Fern Haus
What a beautiful stay! Less than an hr from Portland, and really a nice drive once you're out of the city. The grounds are really pretty and well maintained, makes it nice to wander around on.
The campsite itself wasn't quite as private as I expected. We were kinda tucked away, but still within shouting distance of the next campsite over. But there was a lil trail wandering down to a private section of the creek which was nice to get your toes into. They even had chairs beside the creek which was nice to sit beside at night and look at the stars.
The bell tent was very comfy and had all the basics needed. And the outhouse was surprisingly clean and comfortable.
I definitely want to come back and maybe check out one of the other sites. The geodome looked really cool!
