Ample space for a car and a tent in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walking distance to Sisters Coffee and the rest of downtown. Access to the bath and shower was easy and convenient. Drew was a great host.

Great location for people who want to be in walking distance of the cute town of Sisters. It was easy to show up, set up camp, and then walk to everything we needed before retiring for the evening. Appreciated the access to the house for a bathroom, and the offer of shower, laundry, and food, even though we didn't need them this trip. Sweet dog Lily was a plus too. Campsite itself was as advertised and we were able to put up two tents and a hammock. Would come back.

I was looking for a safe, quiet place to camp for the night and Drew’s place was exactly what I was looking for. I appreciated being able to use a real bathroom. Drew was friendly and I appreciated the warm welcome even though I arrived in the dark.

Great spot for a night in the car and not having to worry about parking at a store. Host was very nice and helpful, was even awake when we got there late at night. House might look a little iffy at first but we were surprised how easy it was to just walk in to use the bathroom. Dog is adorable!

Tina, was a very kind host and her and her friends were so helpful!! They were kind and informative. They offered breakfast burritos Saturday morning for a cheap price. They also offered a shuttle service for the festival which turned out to be the most helpful part of the whole stay!! Bathrooms and the property were clean. Highly recommend!!

Tina’s space was open and beautiful with plenty of space to setup camp. The check in process was a breeze, the location was easy to find, and she greeted us upon arrival. We setup by a little creek and loved being able to hear the water flowing. The open sky was picturesque. The offered shuttle service to and from the fairgrounds was extremely well run by Tina and company. I would recommend staying here and plan to stay here again if I go to next year’s festival. Everything felt efficient and very coordinated.

Fest Fun was a great find. Easy to get to festival with shuttle. Wide open and many places to pitch my tent.
Tina and Yante (sp?) were great hosts. Well kept site with everything I needed. Best part was the Saturday morning breakfast burritos prepped by a couple of young entrepeneurs. I strongly recommend Festival Fun when you're near Redmond.

We came with our campervan for the Fairwell Festival and this was a gem of a place to stay. Its green with trees, and a backyard of chairs and hammocks under tall shade trees which was all offered to guests. These guys worked hard with shuttles for campers to and from the festival all day and night. The campsite is quiet and the hosts are some of the nicest people in the world.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for the fairwell festival this year and we absolutely loved the property extremely quiet hosts are very kind and there was plenty of accommodations such as plenty of restrooms a shuttle to the event and they even offered an outdoor shower for use. Our second morning there they also had breakfast burritos for sale which was extremely convenient, offered to allow us to charge our cellphones in their home and had available water from their home as well. Would definitely recommend them and would gladly return for the stay here during festival again.

Tina and Yonty had a wonderful setup and experience set up for Hipcampers. Plenty of land and shaded area, water available, awesome little creek going through the property, and they even had a father and sons team cooking breakfast burritos one of the days I was there. Would absolutely stay again!

Weekend Trip to Coyote Landing
I stayed here for the fairwell festival in Redmond and it was perfect for what we needed. The RV was clean and comfortable. The whole check in / check out process was smooth and the hosts were very quick and responsive. I would gladly stay here again.

Where to go
Bend
Central Oregon’s largest city, Bend, is just a short drive from Camp Sherman. Here you’ll find great dining, hiking, and boating opportunities, as well as easy access to the ski resort at Mount Bachelor.
Central Oregon Rock Formations
Camp Sherman puts you within an easy drive of some of Central Oregon’s most spectacular rock formations. Highlights include the nearby Oregon hoodoos and the rock-climbing hot spot of Smith Rock.
The Mt. Jefferson Wilderness
Spread out over nearly 105,000 acres, this protected wilderness area features soaring peaks strewn with lush fir and pine trees and the occasional alpine lake. It's particularly popular with backpackers, so make sure to secure a permit before you head out.
When to go
Camp Sherman is at its busiest in the summer months, and if you want to visit between mid-June and Labor Day, it’s a good idea to book your campsite well in advance. The summertime temperatures here are warm, but not unbearable, and the presence of the Metolius River definitely cools things down. For a quieter time, consider coming in April, May, September, or October, when temperatures are generally pleasant enough for camping, but crowds are fewer.
