Our sites offer both large open areas for vehicles and activities paired with private wooded forest for tents and seclusion. Individual sites are many acres apart designed in such a way that every experience is peaceful and private. We offer maintained camping sites which are easily accessible that come with amenities, in addition to our alternative primitive camping experience for the pros further in the Backwoods. What ever your needs or preference we have a spot for you! We have easy access to two main highways with the nearest Walmart 10 minutes away, not to mention great cell phone coverage for all the main providers at most locations on the property.
A little bit about how we started. Like most of us, we were in desperate need of a place to get away from the bustle and grind of daily life, to slow down, decompress, and destress. This land the universe had waiting for us, gave us just that! It changed our lives and now we are excited to open up this sanctuary to others who share our passion for the great outdoors! Interestingly, each year we find out more about our home, from its Native American prehistory, to its 19th century Civil War conflict, and most recently, a lost article published in the 1940s in the local Oklahoman gazette that enticingly gossips about long lost Buried Treasure!

Pitch a tent in the lovely Pottawatomie County in Oklahoma. We have created a wonderful site in the middle of the forest for you! Lovely oak trees as far as the eye can see, barred owls, deer, hundreds of species of birds. Feel free to explore in designated areas (ask me about other areas outside your campsite), feel nature's rejuvenating energy and be in our sacred space. The site is walk in only, about 100 yards, so bring your wheel barrow or cart, although the property is 15 acres in its entirety, the campsite is on about a quarter acre with one large central site and a few alcove sites. We do have neighbors up the hill, but there is NO Visual of these houses. Sometimes neighborhood kids ride their 4 wheelers down our road and use our cul-de-sac to turn around, and you might occasionally hear them, but you can't see them and they can't see you, but most of the time it's very quiet.

Use the outdoor faucets on the house for water. The fire pit surrounded by rocks is located near the picnic benches under the trees by the pond next to the log cabin house.
RV Spots have 110, 30amp, 50amp hookups along with water, sewer, and wifi. Trash is the dumpster at the driveway entrance.

This is such a great spot!
I chose the primitive campsite, I was able to hike or drive in. There were trees that worked for my hammock tent, a clearing and pit for a fire and a cute trail to walk. The property is very peaceful and well kept.
Atlas, the grounds dog, was such a sweet boy and walked me to my campsite and hung out until I got set up.
Owner is very kind and answered any questions I had. I had plenty of privacy and felt safe on the grounds.
As we are entering the summer season, understandably there were a lot of ticks, so be sure to load up on bug/tent spray.
Property is located about 20 minutes from Walmart, so you can pick up any supplies if needed.
Will definitely visit again and highly recommend!

My and two friends loved staying at Kathy’s Alpaca Farm! Being animal and outdoors lovers, being surrounded by so many friendly and charactered animals made this stop an emotional recharge on our way across country! The property is very pretty and not too far out of town where we got Mexican food per our host’s recommendation. The road in is dirt and it had been raining quite a bit before we got there which I imagine could be an issue for less 4-wheel drive capable cars but our Subaru made it fine and we saw a Toyota Carola uber come down the road so it can’t be too bad. 10/10 would recommend. Woke up to the alpacas sleeping in a circle around our tent.

Very peaceful place! Camp along the shore of the pond with water on three sides. Blue heron, egret, muskrat, turtle, and tons of birds and frogs. What a treat!
I felt so secure since the gate was locked.
I could hear the highway noise, but it wasn’t close by so it blended in after awhile.

What a fantastic spot! We are on a month long road trip and found this place about 2 hours before we got there. Hosts responded immediately and were very welcoming upon our arrival. Whitetail Woods was absolutely perfect for our quick camping trip! Aaron, one of our hosts, welcomed us at the gate and showed us to our site. Since there was availability, we were upgraded to a more private site, which was perfect since we like to sit outside. The campground was quiet and sleeping in wasn't an issue. There was not a bathhouse, but not an issue as we have facilities in our camper. Town was not far, about 5 min. We would love to stay again when we come back to the area! Thank you for a most wonderful experience!
