Use the outdoor faucets on the house for water. The fire pit surrounded by rocks is located near the picnic benches under the trees by the pond next to the log cabin house.
RV Spots have 110, 30amp, 50amp hookups along with water, sewer, and wifi. Trash is the dumpster at the driveway entrance.
Dry/tent spots are at least 20’ wide by 40’ deep and can be used for campers or tent camping. These are located on the grassy areas. There are NO hookups for dry/tent dispersed sites.

Individual sites are many acres apart designed in such a way that every experience is peaceful and private. We offer maintained camping sites which are easily accessible that come with amenities, in addition to our alternative primitive camping experience for the pros further in the Backwoods. What ever your needs or preference we have a spot for you! We have easy access to two main highways with the nearest Walmart 10 minutes away, not to mention great cell phone coverage for all the main providers at most locations on the property.
A little bit about how we started. Like most of us, we were in desperate need of a place to get away from the bustle and grind of daily life, to slow down, decompress, and destress. This land the universe had waiting for us, gave us just that! It changed our lives and now we are excited to open up this sanctuary to others who share our passion for the great outdoors! Interestingly, each year we find out more about our home, from its Native American prehistory, to its 19th century Civil War conflict, and most recently, a lost article published in the 1940s in the local Oklahoman gazette that enticingly gossips about long lost Buried Treasure!

Pitch a tent in the lovely Pottawatomie County in Oklahoma. We have created a wonderful site in the middle of the forest for you! Lovely oak trees as far as the eye can see, barred owls, deer, hundreds of species of birds. Feel free to explore in designated areas (ask me about other areas outside your campsite), feel nature's rejuvenating energy and be in our sacred space. The site is walk in only, about 100 yards, so bring your wheel barrow or cart, although the property is 15 acres in its entirety, the campsite is on about a quarter acre with one large central site and a few alcove sites. We do have neighbors up the hill, but there is NO Visual of these houses. Sometimes neighborhood kids ride their 4 wheelers down our road and use our cul-de-sac to turn around, and you might occasionally hear them, but you can't see them and they can't see you, but most of the time it's very quiet.

PARK RULES
**Heated Hose Required November 1st - April 30th** Long-term guest must insulate hydrant to stay connected to water.
We background check all long-term guests, no exceptions.
-CHECK IN/OUT: Check in/out is at 1pm. If for any reason this will not work for you please contact us! Failure to pay the bill or vacate the premises at the end of a paid term will result in towing of the vehicle at the guest's expense. No parking on the grass please, we have extra parking by the dumpster.
-TRASH: No Trash is to be left outside of the camper. All trash must be placed in the dumpster.
-NO window air conditioners are permitted on RV
-NO Washing of Cars or RVs
-UNSIGHTLY VEHICLES/RV'S: Without prior approval of management, any vehicle which detracts from the intent, purpose, or general appearance of the campground is not allowed. This includes any RV unit that is not neat and well kept. Ran down units are not tolerated and will be asked to leave immediately.
-NOISE REGULATIONS: This park strictly enforces quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. This includes all unnecessary noise, please respect your neighbors. All children must be indoors by dark unless accompanied by an adult. Campers will be held responsible for their children and actions.
-SEPTIC/SEWER: This park is on a septic tank. The septic system will only handle human waste and water. DO NOT USE BLEACH!! Hygiene products should never be flushed.
-ABSOLUTELY NO MAJOR MECHANICAL WORK AT THE PARK! We understand general vehicle maintenance will happen from time to time and that is perfectly fine. We strive to keep our park as clean and sightly as possible for everyone.
-CHILDREN: We absolutely allow and want children at our park. If you have children please never leave them unattended, we are not responsible for any accidents. If children make a mess it is your job to clean the mess up, no excuses. ALL CHILDREN must be accompanied by an adult at dark.
-PETS: Non aggressive pets are welcome at the park with proof of rabies shots. Pet owners are expected to dispose of any pet litter in a prompt manner. Pets fall under noise regulations and will not be allowed to be outside making noise while others try to sleep. Pets will also be treated humanely at our park. No animals should be tied up at any location in the park at any time! We are located in the country so there is plenty of room to take your pet for a proper walk. If an accident occurs with a pet the owner will claim full responsibility and the park will be held unaccountable.
-VISITORS: Visitors are welcome at our park any time. Please remember that guests need to park in an area that does not restrict other guests ability to navigate the park. You are responsible for your guests and their actions!
-PROBLEMATIC TENANTS: All problematic tenants will be asked to leave immediately or the Payne County Sheriffs Office will be called immediately to assist them. Respect your neighbors, they paid to be here just like you!
-GENERAL: We do allow propane fire pits, Grilling outside is perfectly fine as long as it is done with an actual grill and fire restrictions/ bans are followed. No junk around the camp, trash, etc. We have a dumpster in place and expect everyone in the park to place their trash in it. Long term guests are welcome as long as they keep a neat/clean camp. The park does not and will not insure any tenant for damages or losses while at the park. All laws will be followed at the park including gun laws, no exceptions! Park insurance prohibits the use of any electric heater, ALL HEATING MUST BE DONE -WITH PROPANE OR THE DESIGNED HEATING SOURCE! Space heaters are not covered by Park Insurance or RV Insurance policies. Your safety and happiness is important to us! We promote a family friendly environment with large park areas for families to enjoy, all we ask is that you clean up after!

Use the outdoor faucets on the house for water. The fire pit surrounded by rocks is located near the picnic benches under the trees by the pond next to the log cabin house.
RV Spots have 110, 30amp, 50amp hookups along with water, sewer, and wifi. Trash is the dumpster at the driveway entrance.
Dry/tent spots are at least 20’ wide by 40’ deep and can be used for campers or tent camping. These are located on the grassy areas. There are NO hookups for dry/tent dispersed sites.
We now have a wash house! It is located immediately when entering the part to the right of the entrance driveway. There is a shower, sink and toilet in the bathroom and a coin-op clothes washer and dryer. Cost is $2 in quarters per load.

Not too far from home, but just far enough to feel like an adventure, we are conveniently located 20 minutes outside the quaint college town of Stillwater, Oklahoma. Individual sites are many acres apart designed in such a way that every experience is peaceful and private. We offer maintained camping sites which are easily accessible that come with amenities, in addition to our alternative primitive camping experience for the pros further in the Backwoods. What ever your needs or preference we have a spot for you! We have easy access to two main highways with the nearest Walmart 10 minutes away, not to mention great cell phone coverage for all the main providers at most locations on the property.
A little bit about how we started. Like most of us, we were in desperate need of a place to get away from the bustle and grind of daily life, to slow down, decompress, and destress. This land the universe had waiting for us, gave us just that! It changed our lives and now we are excited to open up this sanctuary to others who share our passion for the great outdoors! Interestingly, each year we find out more about our home, from its Native American prehistory, to its 19th century Civil War conflict, and most recently, a lost article published in the 1940s in the local Oklahoman gazette that enticingly gossips about long lost Buried Treasure!

Pitch a tent in the lovely Pottawatomie County in Oklahoma. We have created a wonderful site in the middle of the forest for you! Lovely oak trees as far as the eye can see, barred owls, deer, hundreds of species of birds. Feel free to explore in designated areas (ask me about other areas outside your campsite), feel nature's rejuvenating energy and be in our sacred space. The site is walk in only, about 100 yards, so bring your wheel barrow or cart, although the property is 15 acres in its entirety, the campsite is on about a quarter acre with one large central site and a few alcove sites. We do have neighbors up the hill, but there is NO Visual of these houses. Sometimes neighborhood kids ride their 4 wheelers down our road and use our cul-de-sac to turn around, and you might occasionally hear them, but you can't see them and they can't see you, but most of the time it's very quiet.

PARK RULES
**Heated Hose Required November 1st - April 30th** Long-term guest must insulate hydrant to stay connected to water.
We background check all long-term guests, no exceptions.
-CHECK IN/OUT: Check in/out is at 1pm. If for any reason this will not work for you please contact us! Failure to pay the bill or vacate the premises at the end of a paid term will result in towing of the vehicle at the guest's expense. No parking on the grass please, we have extra parking by the dumpster.
-TRASH: No Trash is to be left outside of the camper. All trash must be placed in the dumpster.
-NO window air conditioners are permitted on RV
-NO Washing of Cars or RVs
-UNSIGHTLY VEHICLES/RV'S: Without prior approval of management, any vehicle which detracts from the intent, purpose, or general appearance of the campground is not allowed. This includes any RV unit that is not neat and well kept. Ran down units are not tolerated and will be asked to leave immediately.
-NOISE REGULATIONS: This park strictly enforces quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. This includes all unnecessary noise, please respect your neighbors. All children must be indoors by dark unless accompanied by an adult. Campers will be held responsible for their children and actions.
-SEPTIC/SEWER: This park is on a septic tank. The septic system will only handle human waste and water. DO NOT USE BLEACH!! Hygiene products should never be flushed.
-ABSOLUTELY NO MAJOR MECHANICAL WORK AT THE PARK! We understand general vehicle maintenance will happen from time to time and that is perfectly fine. We strive to keep our park as clean and sightly as possible for everyone.
-CHILDREN: We absolutely allow and want children at our park. If you have children please never leave them unattended, we are not responsible for any accidents. If children make a mess it is your job to clean the mess up, no excuses. ALL CHILDREN must be accompanied by an adult at dark.
-PETS: Non aggressive pets are welcome at the park with proof of rabies shots. Pet owners are expected to dispose of any pet litter in a prompt manner. Pets fall under noise regulations and will not be allowed to be outside making noise while others try to sleep. Pets will also be treated humanely at our park. No animals should be tied up at any location in the park at any time! We are located in the country so there is plenty of room to take your pet for a proper walk. If an accident occurs with a pet the owner will claim full responsibility and the park will be held unaccountable.
-VISITORS: Visitors are welcome at our park any time. Please remember that guests need to park in an area that does not restrict other guests ability to navigate the park. You are responsible for your guests and their actions!
-PROBLEMATIC TENANTS: All problematic tenants will be asked to leave immediately or the Payne County Sheriffs Office will be called immediately to assist them. Respect your neighbors, they paid to be here just like you!
-GENERAL: We do allow propane fire pits, Grilling outside is perfectly fine as long as it is done with an actual grill and fire restrictions/ bans are followed. No junk around the camp, trash, etc. We have a dumpster in place and expect everyone in the park to place their trash in it. Long term guests are welcome as long as they keep a neat/clean camp. The park does not and will not insure any tenant for damages or losses while at the park. All laws will be followed at the park including gun laws, no exceptions! Park insurance prohibits the use of any electric heater, ALL HEATING MUST BE DONE -WITH PROPANE OR THE DESIGNED HEATING SOURCE! Space heaters are not covered by Park Insurance or RV Insurance policies. Your safety and happiness is important to us! We promote a family friendly environment with large park areas for families to enjoy, all we ask is that you clean up after!

We had the best time! The owners greeted us warmly and even brought over yard games to our campsite when they saw we had a bunch of kids in tow. We chose campsite 3 which was perfect to spread out, play catch, etc. We walked around to the other sites and thought site 5 was beautiful with the creek bed and full of trees but for our group, 3 was perfect. It was also walkable to the adorable outhouse. It’s a composting outhouse but was very clean/well kept. Our stay couldn’t have been better. We also met a friendly green eyed cat during our walk and she hung out with us the rest of our stay.

We had a lovely evening at the alpaca farm. The hosts were very kind and hospitable. We learned tons about alpacas and alpaca fiber, and we got a tour of their little showroom. I even bought some yarn spun from the wool of the resident alpacas. The little porta-potty was totally sufficient and clean. We’re big dog fans so it was fun to have them there and to watch them work (they’re bigger than our six yo, tho, so keep that in mind if traveling with kids). A fun evening!

Good directions to facility. Clearly marked parking spots and electrical hook ups. Long hose was available for filling water tank (we did not use due to cold weather). We arrived late (9 p.m.), which was a non-issue; many places have a set time frame for arrival. The automatic spot lights on the barn really helped, as it was quite dark. Parking spot was coarse gravel with no need to level. Lots of area to walk the dog. Mini donkeys were nearby and very friendly. Hosts were in contact with us along the way, offering to help with hook ups and to meet us despite the late hour. Very friendly and accommodating. Quiet. Highly recommend!

A very very nice spot to camp with our van. Clean and quiet with level ground. Mark and Angela were super friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the tour of their Volkswagen Hospital. Thanks so much!

Camping on Mark and Angela’s land was simple. They met us when we arrived, gave us a great tour of the VW Krankenhaus (which as former owners of several different VWs, we enjoyed!), showed us where to find the facilities, and left us to set up camp. They were friendly and their place was as described.

13 ft travel trailer
I found the location very easily and the owner even warned me of a dip in the road so I came in from a different direction (which they outlined to me) because I have a relatively low to the ground clearance trailer that I tow. Mark and Angela were very helpful reaching out to me before and during my trip. They are both VW enthusiasts and Angela gave me a tour of their VW collection in and around their pole barn garage. They were both very hospitable and I enjoyed my stay there.
They made their cabana bathroom available for my stay which was super nice. Would highly recommend if you're in the Oklahoma City area as a place to stay.
