OUR LITTLE GROVE DESCRIPTION
We are a safe spot to take refuge for a night… a week. We are in the belly button of continental USA, or more graciously grandiose, the “Delphi”, the Center of the Universe (Ahem). We are popular for campers traveling across the country - the San Diego to New York and Alabama to Wyoming across the country types. Of course, we are a reprieve to anyone needing a break from the outer world.
Our quaintly aged house with eyebrows and canine hosts, Annie, Charlie and Little Lost Klaus, will greet you at the gate. You text an hour ahead and HONK THREE TIMES and for entry and warm welcome by human host, Beverly (Beverly is a modern day version of the caring Aunt Bee of the Andy Griffith show, who is learning that campers do not always need her fussiness).
WE ARE ART AND KINDNESS IN PROGRESS.
We are eager to be nicely organized, but are discombobulated rookies so a sense of humor and flexible joy for creative chaos will help give you a funny little farm experience. (More apt, Funny Farm Experience).
GREAT THINGS TO DO WHEN YOU ARE HERE
Proud-to-be Swedish LINDSBORG, three miles from us, is adorned with wooden Dala Horses, shops, art and galleries. Population is only 3,200, but we have a great grocery store with a Swedish aisle, pharmacy, National Geographic Photographer, a Full Service Gas Station and a CASTLE up the road. LOTS of fun funny events.
