We had a remarkable time at the DRL Mustang Ranch! We were seeking the perfect place to camp and enjoy nature, and boy did we find it. From the stunning mustangs, donkeys, peacocks, ducks, and of course Fred the friendly Turkey, we truly had a wonderful time and were one with nature. Thank you Renee and Dale for being fantastic and friendly hosts. Thank you also for the amazing work that you’re doing to impact mustangs, veterans, and people with all abilities!

Very nice and secluded campsite and only one site. Conveniently located between Football HOF and R&RHOF plus near all the shopping you need. No amenities but we were self contained so no problem for us.

The farm that this campsite is located on sure lives up to its name. We enjoyed many other animals on top of the beautiful equine that surrounded us. The willingness of the owner to help us out in any way possible was pleasantly surprising. They also carry out an awesome mission there that you would have to check out for yourself. We can't wait until next year when we will visit again. Great experience!

This was a cool spot! We stayed at the first site. There wasn’t anyone else there. Felt safe. There was some construction in the morning but it didn’t really bother us. The showers are open so you can’t shower unless you have a bathing suit or want to just rinse your feet or something. It was nice flat land. The pond was pretty but didn’t go in or near it really. Nice to have a place to throw garbage. Running water to wash dishes was nice. We didn’t drink the water but the construction workers were.

We had a great camping experience on Sheila's farm! Beautiful surroundings, nice hiking trails, fun amenities (cornhole! tetherball!). And the cinnamon rolls were sensational--definitely worth it!

I had a class B Roadmaster camper van and being a newbie the hairpin turns going down the driveway to the campsite was scary for me (but that’s just me). Otherwise, I had a restful 3-day stay at Turkey Hollow. The shower was a hoot! Might I suggest a handle on the side of the tree for us seniors…lol 😁

We enjoyed camping on this property! Our son loved the gobbles of the turkey, and the pups were so sweet. Great location close to everything. It was set up very well to make you feel in the middle of nowhere but still close to everything that Akron and Cuyahoga Valley have to offer.

I did a last minute reservation, so it was nice to be able to roll up and pick a spot to camp and set up right away without requiring host approval. Took me a minute to find the electric outlet.
I didn’t love camping next to the construction they’re doing, but I also didn’t explore further because there were too many mosquitoes in the wooded area and I couldn’t tell where the rougher 4x4 path would start and I didn’t wanna get stuck. If I had given myself more time I’m sure I would’ve found a nicer spot.

We enjoyed camping at this location. Sheila and her family were super nice and we did get cinnamon rolls as others recommended. They were so good! It’s really nice that there’s a portajohn/pavillion/surround shower. They’re about 20mins from Coshocton and 30mins from amish country.

We really enjoyed our time at Turkey Hollow. Our only two complaints are that there was a significant amount of broken glass in and around the fire ring at our site so we had to spend quite a bit of time cleaning that up so our dogs wouldn't step on it. Our other complaint was at 8 am on Sunday we were woken up by a ton of noise coming from the construction site on the property right next to the sites. Otherwise, the site was private enough and there was a clean outhouse to use. We'd recommend it.

We had a great stay at Turkey Hollow! The campsites tucked back in the woods felt fairly private and very comfortable. It was a peaceful spot overall, perfect for a weekend getaway.
When we arrived, we did notice some broken glass—about a few bottles' worth—around the fire ring. Fortunately, we were able to clean it up easily without any issues.
There was some construction happening across the large main camping field, which brought a bit of noise on Sunday morning. But we were out hiking most of the day, so it didn’t affect our experience too much.
Our dogs especially enjoyed the trip—they loved saying hi to the cows and swimming in the pond!
Overall, staying at Turkey Hollow was a great experience, and we’ll definitely keep it on our list for future adventures.

I love to go tent camping and unplug. It was a relaxing experience for me and my family. There was plenty of wood to make a fire. The site appeared to be very clean no trash just greenery. There is also a nice size pond to go fishing. I would recommend this place for tent campers. For those who want to unwind and relax.

The campsite on Hannah's property is secluded and set up very nicely. My husband and I spent two nights there and we're very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this spot. It is close to Blossom Music Center. If you are seeing a show, this is a great place to camp!
