We had a wonderful stay here! The facilities were nice and the grounds beautiful - I definitely recommend a walk around the fishing pond. The autumnal foliage was gorgeous mid-October. Staff was responsive and even brought us extra firewood on a chilly evening when the camp store was out.

One of the best places I have stayed. Clean bathrooms and nice quiet atmosphere. This place had an event every night to enhance the family stay and make it great for everyone. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning. Thank you to the great staff at Hi Yo as well. You ladies and gents rock.

Camp HiYo was a great place for my friend and I to set up our tents next to my car with a small trailer for two nights. After staying in a few places with more rustic accommodations, it was nice to be able to visit the nearby bathroom that had bathrooms containing both a toilet, sink, and shower with hot water. It also had a place to do laundry. We were close to small lake and used a plug next to our picnic table to catch up on some computer work. One is supposed to check in on the first night by 8 pm, but after that one can come and go through a gate at any time with a key card. We were able to enjoy all of the facilities described above because this camp caters heavily to RV travelers who expect these things. The only downside of having the comforts described in this kind of facility is that we had neighbors in RVs which generated more noise from generators, music, and animated conversations than one has in a remote site with fewer neighbors and no facilities. I would also have appreciated it if the garbage bin near the bathhouse had been emptied more often, but it was not flowing out to the ground.

We loved our site at 26 for tent camping! It was close to the shower/bathroom house which was very nice and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay going the extra mile. They have a small store if you forget anything. My husband and I enjoyed the pool with reasonable hours of 9AM-Dusk! It was a little over a 40 min drive to the Cuyahoga National Park which is where we went for most of the day. If you have places to see nearby or just want to camp for the weekend I recommend this place! They give you a detailed list of items they are doing that week/weekend. Definitely a family oriented camp site. I hope we can visit again!!

We had an incredible time camping there. The place was spotless, with a shower and everything we needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They even gave us a free bath towel (I can’t remember the name of the woman who did that). Definitely recommend it!
