My wife and I were looking for a weekend getaway and we couldn't have found a better place. Sean is an amazing host and the property is a perfect retreat. The well maintained trails are perfect for exploring and an afternoon float on the lake was just what the doctor ordered! We are already planning our next visit with the kids!

Weekend Trip to The Farm at Lowrys

Great spot, huge pond for fishing, caught Bowfin and largemouth bass on the fly rod. Land owners are very, very nice folks. You drive across a giant cow pasture to where the camping spot(s) are. As long as it’s dry, 4x4 or high clearance not needed, but if your vehicle is very low, just take your time and go slow and you will be fine. Not sure what driving across the pasture would be like after heavy rains, so I guess that would just be a decision of the land owners. Was there in June and it was very buggy at night, so just bring bug spray. There were numerous people showing up to fish the pond while I was camping, almost like I was camping on a public pond. No one bothered me at all, but some did get pretty close to the spot I chose to set up my camp so there was not “total privacy”. This is a really cool spot though, very unique, and lots of room for any sized tent, vehicle, RV or trailer. The land owner said that I was free to roam the property and explore and choose any spot I wanted. There are wooded spots to camp at, in addition to under the big beautiful oak trees in the pasture that I chose for my spot. There was also a picnic table under the oaks and a porat-john, it was clean but had A LOT of bugs in it! I will/would definitely camp here again!

We loved camping at Sean’s land! It’s beautiful and it was pretty quiet. Sean was really welcoming, he even gave us fresh eggs and marshmallows. We hope to come back soon!

The lake is beautiful and saw turtles, frogs and was a lovely walk around the entire lake. Unfortunately, I have dogs that scare easily and Scott’s dogs visit the camping area, so I did not stay. But the property was gorgeous and Scott was easy to communicate with and gave me fresh eggs when I arrived.

We loved our stay! We enjoyed watching the cows,horses graze in the field and the 2 donkeys calling out and chasing each other! The nights were quiet. The host are friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend staying here!

We have been RV camping for 21 years now and we just had the most amazing experience. The hosts are the most kind and caring people we have ever worked with. The sites were full, but they made us feel like we were the only ones there. My kids (and wife) loved being able to pet the donkeys and goats whenever they wanted to. What an awesome place to camp. They have a community fire pit with pre-split logs to use. This is a MUST experience. Thank you so much Michelle! You're amazing 🙌

Great spot for quick camping trip with my nephew. We fished, kayaked, and just checked out the many farm animals. The host was very communicative and helpful.

Weekend Trip to Cedar Creek Campground at Elease

Cedar Creek was very clean and quiet. The grounds were free of debris and easy to walk around, as well as landscaped beautifully. We arrived latter than expected and were grateful for the hosts’ laid back attitude that allowed us to set up anyway. Thank you for a nice quiet stay.

Weekend Trip to Double L Farms RV Park, LLC

Pull through sites, easily accessible water, blank tank dump, and electric. The internet was FAST, Lisa and her husband were both very nice. Quick reply on Hipcamp to messages. The bathhouse was very clean as well. We just stayed for one night on our way through the state, but we enjoyed our stay. If we’re ever back through that area I would stay here again.

Beautiful spot in the tall pines. The hosts have everything needed for every level of camping. The nature sounds were amazing - a soundscape to ponder or fall asleep to. Hosts promptly responded to all communication. Recommended!

Lisa is a very nice and responsive host and her and her staff will make sure you are comfortable, however long your stay is. This Hipcamp is a small RV park itself with friendly people. Nestled along their beef farm where you can see cattle, horses and even a mini pony. I wish I went into their store which sells fresh beef, maybe next time I visit. The property is about 10 minutes away from Walmart, Lowes etc. in Lumberton. and numerous gas stations in between. I will probably be returning as I am a full RVer always on the move and I recommend folks to come stay at Lisa's property

The place was beautiful! The grounds were so well cared for with many special touches. If you like the quiet and listening to birds this place offers both. Be aware phone service is spotty there. So be ready to unplug.

Agape Farm South is a lavender farm in Dillon, SC, just across the NC border. This is our second year and have a total of 600 plants growing. The property is 15+ total acre with a cleared 2.8 acre field of which approx 1/4 of that has the lavender. We will be adding more lavender each spring and fall. There are two orchards framing the field and property lines. This is an undeveloped rural property, there are currently to amenities. We have cut out a camping (RV or tent) in the woods on the edge of the field. The shaded spot is enclosed with dog fencing and gated with two rear exits into the woods. This means that you can pull in your camper, or car with tent equipment, close the gate and lets your dogs out. They two can experience some nature in a safe manner. This is something you cannot get in many places. There is a fire ring and firewood, table and 2 chairs. Lavender blooms in spring and summer and attracts many butterflies. The fruiting orchards will start producing fruit in 2024. Please know that this is our home away from home and our future retirement income. Please respect it and leave no trace of your presence. We are happy to share it with you. If you are in a RV/Travel Trailer, there is Bass Lake Campground right on the I95 exit for Dillon that offer water, dump station and propane for your needs. The wildlife is abundant, and although the deer ruin our row covering, we still like having them around and are creating food plots for them at the rear of the property to draw them away from the field (fingers crossed). My husband is retired from the Air Force and works full time doing the chores. I retired May 2024 from being a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner at Womack Army Medical Center. I have a side hobby making homemade jams, pickles and flavored goat cheese spreads. We love the peacefulness of where we live...although the weather chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, guinea fowl, peacocks, goats and horses do get a little loud come feeding time. We have different sites, please read each description or message me before you book a stay. All the sites have an 8pm latest check in unless you've stayed with us before. With the cold snap we have been experiencing the RV water source will freeze up over night. Please message me before booking the RV. We are constantly looking for ways to upgrade or make our farm more fun to visit.
